I miss mine 👍😊
Would you recommend it for city riding
In constant stop and go , probably not. Unless you enjoy hammering the throttle from street light to streetlight to get that rush … at lower speeds you’ll get some vibration from the motor, almost like that of a Harley( which it doesn’t at higher speeds)It just doesn’t like anything below 60 km /37 mph I find. Also , when I’ve been stuck in traffic on a hot day, the bike gets HOT ! You’ll hear that fan running non stop. Hope that helps
DR200s are the backbone of the Australian agricultural industry
We just called "Ricky Road Racers". Get !972 Norton Combat if your really want to ride.
Awesome bikes. Subscribed
Does that bike have a military base sticker on the front fork left side? If so that was my bike bought it brand new. It originally had a red and black tank and side covers. I scratched up the tank with a tank bag. I ordered a replacement tank but it was the gray color, so I ordered two side covers to match. I traded it with about 35k miles for a guitar in Ohio in 89.
No sticker , and the speedometer is in KM ( not miles).pretty sure a Canadian bike ..Must have been a really nice guitar !
I've owned mine since brand new in 2012. It's the other woman, I'm still in love.
i went from my first bike, a dr200, to a 24 650 in this same colorway and this video is making me miss my 200 so much. i love my 650 with my whole heart but once you finally get used to the 650 all the good things about the 200 start nipping at your memories lol
I’m hoping to get a 200 this spring , great prices in the used market currently. A lot of fun per $$
™ 🔺️ 🥊🌬🌪🌪🌪🤝♥
I have a 7,800 mile '82 XJ650RJ that I bought new in '83. One year model in the US. Quartz Silver only. No YICS for some reason. Crappy suspension and brakes. Yamaha priced them at the equivalent of $10,400 2024 USD. They were a hard sell. With suspension and brake upgrades, they are a really nice 7/10 bike.
I don't know how men now a days can call themselves men if they can't work on their own bikes I have 13800 miles on my diavel
Did you ever adjust your suspension by a pro? If yes how’s the handling now?
Hey, No I haven’t. I’m hoping to take it out on the track next year . Fingers crossed, I’ll cross paths with someone who might dial it in . It’s set up really stiff currently
Interesting because another YT said it’s the best at turns
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Looks nice and dangerous fun at the same time
It looks like they copied the cfmoto 450ss paint job
Great video.
That’s my brothers bike Gord
Hey Jonathan! Yup , thats me Bro🏍️😏
OK, thank you very much 😊
Hi. Were can i get the Suitcases?
He told me they came with the bike when he bought it , I’ll ask him next time I see him if he has anymore insight as to where they came from
👽👽OH! MY GOODNESS! WOW! HONESTLY! HAS REALLY A UNIQUE COLORWAYS! IT'S LIKE WAY BACK VINTAGE KAWASAKI NINJA! VERY AMAZING! I REALLY LOVE IT...!!❤❤❤
I know that guy he's a menace. 😆
I have an ‘03 954, a ‘13 FZ1 (non -N 😢) and my ‘21 commuter CBR5R (sits behind the sleeper of my Peterbilt). The 954 takes car of my “I’m feelin’ like a cat or dog that needs their spastic zoomie itch scratched…”. The FZ is for “I want to ride all day and need to walk tomorrow… “ (I’m old and beat up..). And the CBR5R just allows me to be shut down somewhere and be able to go out and have fun on the road. The 954 and FZ will never be sold as long as I’m breathing!!!
I want one now
Great bike. I brought one about four months ago with the same set up and exhaust. Low klms and they are just awesome to ride. I have a the pure white one and it grabs so much attention every time i ride it. Great video.
What kind of tail light is that? I like the blacked out look
The suspension is adjustable. Best bike I ever had.
add wheelie control, heated grips, and wide band 02 sensors and i'll think about it.
👍 From Australia Victoria I've watched this every day this fortnight. I think I talked myself out of buying. This was the fish that got away from me (cut the line more like it). Do you know this is cheaper than cbr600rr in Australia WTF literally
Wouldn’t expect the CBR to cost more , that’s crazy! This Zx is a frickin missel . We’ve been on the highway with this thing doing some speed pulls since the video …. IT MOVES !
Well done brother. Awesome bike. Sounds awesome looks awesome and goes awesome. Your inspirational and riding what some of us fear (im not embarrassed to admit that and I have zx6r)
So close to pulling the trigger but I bailed out. I have all 40th till zx10r. I would only be buying it to look good in a garage that nobody else sees. Im happy living my dreams and if I bought this id be dreaming but dead lol
I love everything you did to this bike
Noice
i'll deal with a few minor scrathces on mine. But my rear turn signal broke off. How hard is it to change out the entire turn signal stalk and all? bolts must be hidden behind rear plate .
expensive tires? Whre are you buying them? I pay about $450-$500 for a set. (=2 tires)
It needs a clutch stack, it’s slipping pretty bad, check the hub dampener too it’s probably beat up from the clutch hammering. . Nice vintage Yamaha, it’s hard to beat those or a Honda.
Also make sure to upgrade to steel braided brake lines. I got some brake fade on my last track day
Got a 2023 KRT. Arrow exhaust plus moore mafia flash. The power is terrifying, I love it.
clown and tasteless whitewalls
Gorgeous bike
Great video. 😂
Thats Fricken AWESOME!🏍️❤️. Haha!😂
Real man bike 💪
I'm curious about the ergos on this bike. I've heard the riding position is cramped for taller riders. Pain in the ass on longer rides. I'm 6' and my height is keeping me from buying this bike. But maybe I'm being paranoid. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Great looking bike. Thanks for the vid!
Ok, I’m 5’11 and I found it teetering on the comfort zone on long rides . At 6’ plus , I too would be a little reluctant. If it’s a deal breaker, I’d be safe and pass on it . Maybe changing seats could fix that issue? which is something that didn’t bug me enough to warrant .if you do decide to get one , I can’t think of anything really negative to say about it
@@twowheeledwarrior Thanks for the feedback. There are some seats that could potentially remedy the problem for a more stretched out riding position. I've been watching many reviews about the bike and although I love the classic look, and the torquey motor, there is one possible deal breaker. Seems that the floorboards scrape on even the slightest of curves. It's a real bummer because sometimes I like to push a bike hard in the turns. What's your experience been in regards to lean angle?
Kawasaki ZX10R has a wheelie control, integrated into the KTRC control system.
Do you still have it?
I do not,Sold it to a friend who hadn’t had a bike in MANY years . Great bike but , it was just collecting dust
@@twowheeledwarrior my father had this bike when I was a kid. He’d throw me on the back seat with a rope tying me to him when I was 6 or 7 and tear down the back country roads. Please let me know if your friend decides to sell!
Awesome bike and colour.
Agreed 👍
Nice little Windshield, witch Brand is it ?
It came with the bike , I honestly don’t know which brand ….
I agree with all that you had to say. I've had my 2014 for many years. And in the time. I still get a buzz both looking at and riding it. I have owned about forty bikes in my life. Which includes dirt bikes. And I haven't wanted to hold onto a bike like I have this one.
Not much into bikes, but he is my favorite guitar player. So blessed to work with him on a musical level
Yo acabo de comprar la street triple R LOW tienes mas opiniones me vendria bien✌🏼😜
Enjoy, it’s a great bike !
