Headphones are very heavy on head

I bought it and returned it. The image is terrible, lack of proper black colour, which becomes almost grey depending on the viewing angle, too yellowish colour tint which cannot be changed, matrix quite strange, visible graininess. DO NOT BUY. Really not worth it.

Hey thanks for the video. I am trying to find the best solution for my set up which has been extremely challenging due to my requirements. Essentially I am looking for a KVM or a monitor with a built in KVM that can support 4 MacOS devices - all via USB Type C upstream and downstream (to provide power and data). Added bonus if I can use my existing Dell S2722QC but if not, I can purchase a KVM + 1-2 Monitors. Use case is for office work with light Netflix and video streaming. Any suggestions or recommendations please advise.

Hello sir, I found very detailed and helpful information in your video. I have a PC at home and a laptop for work. If I connect all my devices (keyboard, mouse, webcam, and audio devices) to the U2724DE, then connect the PC to the U2724DE via HDMI (port No.3) and USB-C upstream (port No.9), and connect the U2724DE to another monitor via DP out (port No.6), and use the Thunderbolt 4 upstream (port No.8) to connect with my laptop, can I use the KVM, PBP, and PIP with this setup?

Nice detailed review with useful info. Got the AMD Advantage model of this with a Ryzen 9 7945 and exclusive Radeon RX 7900M 16GB GPU. Price has dropped to $1600 in the used market only a year after that model has released. About $1200 below MSRP.

Thank you for the review, Michael. I just ordered the M18 strictly for photo and video editing, not gaming. My 6 year old Inspiron has started having a hard time editing photos with Lightroom, Photoshop, and On1 software. Think I'll be happy with Alienware M18 for editing , or is this overkill (wow, 64 gb ram and 4 terabyte ssd).

Just got 2 of those U2724DE monitors, but on one of the the USB-A ports do not work. Settings are identical for both. What could be wrong here ?

My laptop's display is 120hz and it only supports HDMI 2 so will this monitor give me 120 hz over HDMI 2 ? And why DELL does not supply HDMI cable ?

IPS Black and the U2723QE are very disappointing. I upgraded from the U2720Q and the upgrade proved to be a disappointment. The old Dell monitor has much better colors, better contrast, etc. It is also not true that IPS Black has deeper blacks than IPS. Simply not true in practice.

Many of these units OVERHEAT like crazy, FAN would die due to non-stop revving, and the CPU performance would be throttled. Many of these units use CHEAP plastic, nowadays, instead of magnesium alloy.

This is the best information I’ve heard yet for this monitor.

$150 on black Friday on Amazon and from Dell too.

auto brightning doesn't work here. It is a lie. The sensor is very weak and it makes the screen too dark. And it doesn't matter whether the room is bright or dark.

Can anyone vouch for text sharpness at native resolutions. I'd kill for a reviewer to make a screen capture of 2560x1440 available.

What do you think - is it better to take the reviewed DELL for working with graphics or is it better to take the 27" Samsung Odyssey G50D (LS27DG502EIXCI)???

Good review! I'm at the point of choosing dell monitor between 27 and 34 inches. Could you please help me to understand one thing? I have two laptops and one dell monitor. I would like to have dynamic picture by picture change from 75:25 (when my left laptop is active) to 25:75 when I switch to right laptop. For instance, I setup hot key for laptop switch (ctrl+alt+1) for left monitor. And when I apply this hot key I want picture by picture to be 75:25. For the right monitor I would have hot key ctrl+alt+2 and when I apply it I would like to have 25:75 automatically, without any additional actions. Is that possible?

You would think this might be a rather long video, nevertheless, if you are about to and you have already made up your mind to buy one of these laptops, the video becomes very interesting, amusing, clarifying and very useful to a simple mortal who is expecting reliability from a laptop, more than a gaming experience. Not saying this should be a gaming monitor but 120 refresh rate should be standard by now. For christ sakes mid tier phones/tablets have them no reason a monitor of this price point should lack this feature

I just got 2 of these monitors, I have dell laptop with linux and my 2nd PC will be a mac-mini. Probably a unique combo for sure. Can I use the bottom USB-C with power for my laptop and the 2nd monitor USB-C with power for the mac-mini? I am less concerned about the actual power supply and more about just using that USB-C port for video input. Id like to switch between both computers but have both use dual displays. I know ill still need to daisy-chain them together with the display port cable. Thanks.

simple question. i cant sit thru 30 mins of video to search for a 1 sentence answer. I have a USBC webcam. This monitor is connected to my pc via a single HDMI cable. Can I connect my webcam to this monitor directly so i can use it? or does the webcam need to be connected to the pc directly.
