Self opening bar pass through window
Переглядів 11 тис.4 роки тому
Finished project @28:17 A good friend of mine was building a high-end home to sell in the DC area and asked me if I could make a few things, one of them being a window for the downstairs bar. It had to be self opening, trackless, lockable, seal directly on the counter top, and I had to use a 60lb window sash with a slim frame from the manufacturer. It was not an easy challenge. The tolerances h...
New Shop

1:03 for new shop My shop was great and had charm but it was getting a little too cramped to do anything without moving 10 other things so I moved it to a new spot right down the street. I'll be getting back into making videos now that I'm set up. Thanks for Watching! Music soundcloud.com/clayjaymusic/tulpa-deer-stared-at-me-clayjay-remix-1
Jumbo Vase
Переглядів 1,2 тис.6 років тому
This is the biggest vase I've made. The top and bottom are walnut and the spiral section is made out of maple and padauk. It's 2ft tall. I built a new centering jig for this vase since it was gonna be too tall for the old one. Should have a video soon of that. Also used the steady rest I made in a previous video and it worked great. 3d Cutting Board
Переглядів 157 тис.6 років тому
I made a few of these for Mother's Day. The strips are 5/8" X 1 7/8" and made of maple, walnut, and cherry. Making sure and double checking the pattern before glueing is KEY. I learned how to make this from another youtube video. Mtmwood, He makes some pretty awesome cutting boards. ua-cam.com/video/zqgbbziBkvo/v-deo.html Thanks for watching! Steel Gun Cage

7:00 to see the finished project. I thought this thing would be fun to make. It's not very practical but it looks cool. I didn't put a lock on it to keep it clean looking but it wouldn't be hard. It's also possible to lag bolt it to the wall through the back expanded metal and then put the peg board on (that way it'd be a lot tougher to rip off the wall). Just an idea I had for a while. Thanks ...
Wooden Flowers
Переглядів 7 тис.6 років тому
This wooden flower is made out of padauk with an dak dowel for the stem. You can get fancy and put a slight curve on the stem after soaking it in some hot water. The flowers are pretty fast to make with the right tools. Thanks for watching! Music soundcloud.com/user-307409095/banks-better-flip-extended

Walnut Live Edge Cutting Board
Переглядів 24 тис.7 років тому
Made this cutting board for a wedding gift for some friends. The butterfly key and the "C&L" inlay are cherry. I cut down the walnut about 2 years ago at a friends farm that needed clearing, then milled it with a chainsaw mill and let it air dry with a tarp cover. Thanks for watching! Very cool man!! Great job
Great Job , Fantastic I enjoyed looking at all your equipment as I did watching you make the dresser.
The job you're doing fabricating those parts just blows my mind! Excellent!
Great music
Really enjoyed watching the entire build. Gave me ideas for built-in closet dresser. Might I suggest being that you are so skilled, to make yourself a CNC plasma cutter. 😊
Fingers schmingers. Who needs them. Nice job though.
Thats what I was searching for🎉🎉
That's a lotta buckets! Seems sus! 😮
Beautiful. Does this need to be plugged in? If not what do you do if the battery dies?
Very interesting. Thank you for showing this. I wonder how it manages the wood seasonal movement. If it can manage it, I'll use it everywhere... including in my coffee.
Hope no one çuts wood on table saw like that you need to use a push stick if you want to keep your fingers for a lifetime
What material is board which u put in cage to hold guns on it?
Are plans for this dresser available?
Wow I want one
he lives in Maryland I now know why he needs to hide his guns.
Been a long time since I messed with sketch up.
Beautiful, and only took an hour and 13 minutes, lol. Very perfession'l!!!
Great job well done, the music was driving me nuts though especially when the video was a long one 😮
Rcc plans still out of stock 😢
I am extremely impressed
CAN YOU MAKE ME ONE PLEASE.....
Dude !!! This was an hour and a little bit video, how long did this take you?? I mean you can call this the Fort Knox dresser, holy smokes it's totally overkill on the all the metal but it's friggin awesome just the same. This has a whiff of the National treasure resolute desk only rustic AF hahaha. Great job.
Looks like a cold blue liquid for gun finish. Jonesy
Sorry if i missed it. Do you have plans? Very cool sir. Jonesy
Insanely sick, my man. Phenomenal work. True craftsmanship and pride. All I wish I could get is a garage. You got an awesome workshop. Wish I knew why I could never be in a position to do the things I want to do. I am always in the weather, cold or don't have the insane tooling you have. 😒 Kudos.
Can I use 1/2" plywood or is MDF a better choice?
You do great work
I love that music that’s playing in the background it is fantastic
Very nice! Your attention to detail with the metalwork is amazing. Question though....you said you started with two coats of semi gloss then went to satin for the last. Why is that? Why not use satin for all three coats?
Here simply for the thumbnail! I thought you were going to show how to use one of those external ones that don't get embedded into the wood. It's on the video thumbnail, but I don't think you showed one in the actual video. Do you know what they're called?
Fantastic and respect from the United Kingdom 🙏
great job dimensions?
Bravo!
That’s really cool, man. I don’t have the know-how and only a subset of the tools, but it’s a pleasure watching your process & attention to detail.
What’s the price of one of these
Can you make a slower build video with more instructions on how you made this?
Nice project you made. Leaving/storing the chuck key in the chuck is a big no no. I would stop that practice immediately.
Who does this mix?
Just checking in, are you using a push stick yet?
Such a scary cat … meow
No riving knife on the table saw, AND you ran the boards through with your bare hands?! What the hell is wrong you?! Are you TRYING to lose fingers on camera?!
Cannot watch this with the “creative video” work, too hard on these old eyes. (Yes, I’m too old for this, but so is 75% of your potential audience) Nice work though!
You can tell by your shop and homemade benches that you know what you’re doing. This helped explain how to join particleboard for my laminate countertop build, Thanks!
Amaizing. Me encanta. Love it.
Too complicated man.
Nice back music? Lol omg wanna cry
Saw some of your other videos, good stuff!
so cool my friend thank you so much for teach me
I did it myself with the Woodglut plans. I think this is the best way to find out how to build it.
Do you have plans for this build?
