Great show! Enjoyed it Peter and panel. I don't have any of my old concert t-shirts anymore but the one I always remember (sadly) is the one that was stolen from me in the dorm laundry room in university (it was CSN) only about a month after I bought it at a show in Saratoga, NY.

Glad you mentioned Vivian Campbell. Seems Sykes was chasing Viv his whole career. 1982- Sykes auditions for Dio, looses the gig to Viv. 1987-Sykes gets fired from Whitesnake, Gets replaced by Viv. 1992- Sykes auditions for Def Leppard, looses the gig to Viv. 2011- Viv tours with Thin Lizzy. Both heavily influenced by Gary Moore. Both have very similar playing styles.

Heaven and Hell with Down as the opening band-Logan Campbell center Auckland 2008-1st and only time I ever got to see Dio Iommi Butler and Appice live-still got the tour t-shirt-it is falling to bits now-but I will never throw it away.

Interesting concept! I've lost most of my band shirts to many moves over the years. The one I miss the most was an Animal Collective shirt from the mid 00s (most likely bought from a tiny basement show in Atlanta in 2004. Seen them many times over the years and can't be sure.). My second favorite is my Jane's Addiction shirt from 2022 @ MSG when they opened for Smashing Pumpkins. It's of Ritual de lo Habitual cover so it stays inside as pajamas. My third favorite is a Steely Dan shirt from 2018 from a show at the Beacon Theatre very close to the day that a street had been named for Becker in Forest Hills, Queens.

Saw Ice House with Cold Chisel yesterday at Taupo NZ great show.Ice House were impressive excellent young sax player Iva in good form, Cold Chisel were awesome!

Great show mate. Im Glad your diving into the Sherbet Catalog, some of there albums are great ive had them in my collection for years. I can remember back in the 80s you could pick up there entire catalog so cheap as people didnt want them

Your not wrong about Alice shirts Peter have 2 from his tours one was just before covid hit and other I got last year at the pandemonium rocks fest here in Melbourne, loved the theme of that tour and the shirt is great with the theme of being summoned to the jury with Alice on trial for crimes against humanity.

Jerry he mentions is Jerry Greenberg - former Atlantic Records president, he then left in 1980 and founded Mirage Records. Tatts were on Mirage label in the States.

Vagabonds is better than Chinatown, renegade and thunder and lightning.

Tatts played series of 3 gigs in France in August 1981 on this bill: 38 Special/Kansas/Foreigner/Blackfoot/Rose Tattoo.

Smith and co. have been doing long intros since the Faith era. I don't know why this is news to so many. Yes they're pushing it on this one, but still... Smith also claims there's a lighter album in the can forthcoming to please those who like poppier Cure as well as a solo experimental album, but he's been talking about that one for years.

Great show guys! I like this album quite a bit, my only quibble is that it’s a little one paced. I know Robert Smith has a big stash of songs to choose from. Hopefully there’s more to come!
