could you make the workout video for beginners?
Run 20 min, intense everyday, after that, workout intense ,after workout eat 2 bananas and drink much water, eat also pumpkin seeds with chocolate or ioghurt if you want, pumpkin seeds are rich in protein ... :) you will lose weight and you will look cool :)

In the first exercise ,srsly why u do 10 reps with one arm , and only 7 with the other , thats totaly wrong , doesnt make any sense...

You're good but I think you should make at least 2 kg less in the biceps or you are gonna damage your muscles

no, this is terrible form. no hate, but you are using too much weight. using less weight and doing the same amount of reps you did in this video would benefit you.
