That's really annoying because the "hands are busy" bug still exists, if you get that bug but Alt F4 to try to save your raid you lose regardless

Not a dumb question at all! This stuff can be very confusing when you're new to it. But yeah, they don't keep the old versions of SPT up anymore unfortunately. If you wanna play now you'll have to deal with the jank, or wait, I'm afraid. If it were me and i was completely new to tarkov, i might wait on spt and just try normal tarkov pve for a while. That way SPT should be pretty stable by the time you get to it, plus you'll have more of an appreciation for how it improves the pve experience and a better idea of how you might want to mod it. Just make sure you make a copy of the current EFT live files, that way you'll still have a copy that's compatible with SPT 3.10 in case the live gets updated in the meantime.

@@yellowsaurus4895 Yeah I see, was confused coz when you go to SPT it shows a list of repositories and stable versions of SPT so I guessed I could just download it any time but Yeah ive also got the most updated live files so it wouldn't work with 3.9 anyways is what you're saying? so ill need to actually keep a copy of live files which don't get updated? along side my main pvp live files so Id have two installations of the game basically? and also sorry but im so unaware about how safe it is like can i have both SPT installed and play live pvp at any time like i dont have to suddenly stop playing live pvp tarkov just coz ive installed SPT or is it risky? i understand it to be a seperate instance of the game and as long as i dont have the spt server and mods loaded into the live files or have the server open and running while i try to load up pvp live tarkov I should be fine right? any help is appreciated

@@ashe1.070 I have 70 mods and I haven’t touched load order. Only thing I’ve found that didn’t work quite right was a trader who should have all the mechanic quest guns

Yeah, that will be super cool to try with the zombies. I hope that it'll work without a problem when the mods get updated properly.

Same here. Already downloaded some of the mods that is updated to 3.10 spt Just waiting for SAIN and SWAG+Donuts to be updated to 3.10.0

@@justarandompotato6272 Hate to be the one to break this to you, but SWAG+Donuts is no longer being developed as of september 2024. At least not by the original developer. It's open source so someone else might pick it up, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

And as far as SAIN is concerned, the developer has indicated (on Github) that he will update SAIN to work with 3.10, but will also stop active development after that. I'm hoping BetterSpawnsPlus will be updated to 3.10 as an alternative for SWAGNUTS, but for SAIN there really is no alternative. As far as I'm concerned SPT is literally unplayable without SWAGNUTS and SAIN, so interesting times ahead for sure.

Cant agree more, there are times where I just had to go on a killing frenzy at dorms bc the bots spawning nearby kept rushing me

Yall talking about spt or pve? Genuine question because I play pve and this is for sure a problem there 😂

@@chrisjvas In pve they are spawning pretty far away from you, and only scavs, but in SPT they are spawning 30 meters away from you in a building that you've cleared and secured. Or, for example, one spawned right behind me after 10 seconds since i've entered the map

There's a few locations now where I've found if you get stuck in that spot endless scavs keep showing up. Streets is the biggest offender followed by customs

What mods would fix that? Donuts ?

Falling snow is tied to the “rain” weather status while in winter season. Any mod that can edit the weather in server mods or client mods can remove it.

Some users are having a bad time and some users are having a good time. Seems to be circumstantial for everyone. Most users I've spoken with have been doing well with 3.10 so far.
