Nu stiu cati ( din lumea muzicii) az avut curajul Dumneavoastra, sa protesteze impotriva vandalismului in lumea Operei.Parasitismul modern n-a disparut, cantaretii sunt sí mai asupriti, sunt la cheremul regizorului, sí al directorului institutiei, ca sí noi spectatorii. Singurul mod de a protesta, este parasirea spectacolului dupa actul intai, fapt ce m-a durut si pe mine, gandindu-ma la cei care au muncit mult pentru realizarea spectacolului. Obrigado!

Madam Cotrubas is how I became an opera lover. One of the most expressive singers I've ever seen. Her commitment to staying true to the composer and the works to the point of walking out is what I love about her most. Too many operas are set in 'modern' times, (Cosi fan Tutte for example) that simply look ridiculous. The situations and circumstances of an opera written in the 18th century do NOT work in a modern setting. Shoving sex into the opera to distract from this only makes it worse which is why I no longer watch 'new' opera.

She deserves her magical voice with pathos❤❤

It never ceases to amaze me how people who can't sing and haven't even seen those artists live, love to judge and make stupid comparisons as if they are "experts". Obnoxious sheep think whoever has more youtube views is the "best" at singing an aria or a song. This performance was absolutely STUNNING in every way.

The wind may have interfered with her at this point and annoyed her a bit, but she never lost concentration for a moment and in the end she overcame everything. It was a beautiful singing and a beautiful recording. For all time.
