Lower the blade
Do you not raise the wood grain then re-sand or did you just not show it?
My favorite videos are yours Jacob. Hope all is well. God Bless!!
Hey I’m new. Does 8 quarter just basically mean 2 inches thick??
LOVED the Walnut board. Thanks for the tips. Here is a safety tip for you. ONLY expose your blade enough to cut the material you are working with. If an accident happens, you will only get a small cut vs having parts of you hand (s) cut off.
You are incredibly talented with a great eye.
So many good tips! I love it! I’m curious if you have any suggestions to keep boards from warping and cupping after planing but before sanding and oiling. I don’t always have time to finish so I have to come back a day or two later and things have started to warp on me. I’m also doing more thin boards. Like half inch or so.
Hi that's nice.but what is that liquid you are pouring on the board?
I love it! Killer job dude! I’m on it…going to make my own! I made brick ones before but only walnut and maple.
Just a note that Titebond II Dark is not rated for indirect food contact. The regular II and III are. Looks great though.
Отлично 👍
very beautiful. However, I don't understand the need to cut a piece of wood and then glue it together again. Why not create a cutting board from one piece of wood?
Love the video! That walnut board with the sapwood is gorgeous. I’m making an edge grain butcher block right now for our kitchen from maple and walnut, love the tips and tricks you provide.
And not a single tip was mentioned
I wouldn’t want to cut on that board. It’s a thing of beauty!

Excelente trabalho 👏👏👏🇧🇷
A lot of dedication, perfect work. Congratulations 👏👏 🇧🇷🇧🇷
Padauk can leach out an oil that could have a very bad effect for some people. Not a good cutting board material. Just saying!!
Wonderful job. Congratulations on your zeal. 🇧🇷🇧🇷
this idea would go great with beetle kill wood i think. usually soft wood though, but the natural bluing would have done wonders
I think your wood selections were perfect! Gorgeous board, an heirloom!
in your glue up put a sacrificial board on that can be cut off on the table saw after your plaining , it works for me
Trabalho sensacional 👏👏👏🇧🇷
damn….!
Amazing boards really inspiring love the paudauk & curly maple already planning a new project 👀👍
Beautiful results. If there were only a tutorial showing work like this with minimal power tools.
Do people really use a knife and cut into those beautiful boards?!
Just started making c boards 4 months ago and have watched many c board videos. These are I believe the prettiest ones I’ve seen. Great tips for putting one self above all the others. Thanks and subscribed!
Always a pleasure to watch again, learn, and appreciate your work! Thanks!
Very well done video!
I know that you're video is two year's old but I've got to ask, what price would you charge for the board of this size?.
Fantastic work and so enjoy all of your videos.
Where do you get the spring clamps for the corners
Are those coasters in the background
The Padauk is stunning !!
What kind of wax are you using ?
Really enjoyed this, thank you…
Fantastic - best cutting board video I have seen!
Can you tell me where you got Hot Iron Brand?
Awesome video. I like your wood barn too. I am crafting a 20 year wedding anniversary gift out of Olive Wood. Which type of mineral oil do you use?
I'm interested in purchasing one of your cutting boards how can I contact you to place an order?
Nice boards! I use maple to "pop" the color of African mahogany..
Don't take care of your board - take care of your fingers :)
