The part number is in one of my videos on my channel where I show the replacement. I ordered it from Bahnstormer in the UK because they had it in stock. No dealer here in the US had it unfortunately.

The pipes are titanium and the heat turns the blue.

Unless we add headers, we can't get it louder unfortunately. All the Euro 5 garbage has made sure of that. I like the QD headers, but they're not much lighter than the stock, so I'm waiting to see what Akra comes out with so I can have a full Akra system. As for a DB killer, there is no way of removing anything on the aftermarket black Akra...I checked.

It sounds better, yes, but doesn't look better. The J&H is way too big for the bike and doesn't flow with the lines of the bike like the Akra.

Thanks. Its not two times cheaper but it is cheaper only because the double-barrel is a BMW version which will always be more expensive, not necessarily better. The sound of the aftermarket one is much better than the stock Akra.

I am happy with it. Looks fantastic and is lighter. I don't know how it sounds compared to the BMW OEM exhaust as I haven't heard that one...only the Akra BMW double-barrel.

QD, Zard and Arrow already have their headers out. Akra’s is coming shortly. That’s the one I’m waiting for…

Honestly, it will ride extremely rough compared to stock. That's just the name of the game. If you have experience with lifted trucks and bigger meats, you'll understand. If this is the first lifted truck with 35s, you'll be in for a rude awakening. All of my trucks have been lifted with bigger knobby tires so I'm used to the rougher ride. but the Open Country Trails are lighter than most tires in this range, however they are F loads, so they are stiffer than s**t. I would definitely look for a D or E load tire, but they will be heavy, but ride smoother. If you're worried about mpg, don't do it. I don't care about MPG, but many do. With the lift and tires, I'm averaging around 13.6. Just food for thought. But the truck looks and drives amazing, just a bit rougher. As for the speedo recalibration, I don't worry about it. Haven't even looked into it. Doesn't matter to me.

Yep. Arrow, QD, Zard all have headers for our bikes. Akra is releasing theirs shortly, which is the direction I will go if I decide to get headers.

Nope. If you don't plan on ever using those Vario cases, just unplug them, wrap the connectors with electrical tape to protect them from elements, and tuck them away. No code errors...

I am getting 20-21 on Highway only when using the adaptive cruise control and speed set to no more than 80 miles per hour. Local mileage is horrible lol no way close to 19 as what Toyota claimed. I want to do the lifting and 35 inches tires as well.

@@Sean-ci6bj Nobody is getting the MPGs Toyota claimed...even on absolutely stock configurations. Realistically, before lifting it and adding F-load Open Country's I was getting around 15 mpgs at best here in SoCal. Most have been reporting the same. Once lifted and the 35s were added, it dropped between 13.5-14. That's the name of the game when you want to beef up a truck. The mileage on Sequoias are notoriously crappy because of it's overall weight. It's a heavy SUV. Even though they're F-loads, they're still lighter than most 35 E-loads out there. Something to think about.

@@MotoPapa88 agreed, especially with the battery added on the 23/24 model, but the performece of this vehicle is way better than any other full size SUV in the market.

@@Sean-ci6bj Correct. There are two types of hybrids. Ones for power. The others for MPG. For Toyota trucks and the likes across other OEMs, hybrids are meant for power, not MPG. Anybody who buys a Sequoia or Tundra hybrid for MPG is buying the wrong tool for the job.
