Hi Nomads Embassy, I got a question. Georgian citizens right now don't need a visa to arrive in Spain and they can stay up to 90 days there in 180 day period. Can one come to Spain with such entry permit and then apply for the residence permit there, without a need for extra Visa? Will other types of visas not be necessary in this case? Question!! I’m in the active duty army but will be going into the reserves (once a month ) and my unit is in Italy. However, I will be living in Spain and going to school full time there and just traveling once a month to Italy for military drill. What visa would I fall under just a student visa since I won’t actually work in Spain? And if I do decide to get another job later on what kind of visa would I be getting then? Or is it fine if I’m military?

So there is two tiers, one to satisfy the nomad visa and other one to the stay of family. Both are required, of course. Tier 1: Nomad Visa: 4x minimum salary of Portugal (820 euros); Tier 2: Adult who is requiring (820 euros), other adults (410 euros) and kids (820 euros * 30%) I get it right?

hi! im 34, USA citizen, and have no income and dont intend to work again. that said all my assets are not in my name and i cannot show proof of income. Are there any countries in europe that i can qualify for long term/perm residency? all i see is albania with their 1yr no visa max stay then just do a border run once a year.
