    Good job. How is running with Apple watch? I mean battery life and using interval?

      Thank you! It's actually ok for me, I don't notice a big difference in battery life between normal runs and intervals. I charge it once in the evening before bed and have never had battery issues with running longer distances in a day.

    what app do u use to track these type of workouts

      I set up the intervals on my apple watch and track them in both the fitness app from apple and strava :)
