This might help! I'm seeking motivation to solve some Major problems. I don't want to emulate the narcissists who've taken advantage of me, but I do want to get my once nature ability to affirm and nurture myself back. Yet it's hard to access positive thinking when you're still fighting to get the exploitative people in your life to stop manipulating you. (Sometimes a clean break isn't possible. It's not always possible with Ex's and it's even harder to get healthy distance from family members who on the whole aren't good for you. 😞) It's hard to find role models for healthy processing of emotions. Great subject!

I don't really like the 'I see what you're going through' for children who take things very literally it implies that you've seen this happen to this student before and not done anything about it. It brings up the question 'well if you saw them picking on me, why didn't you step in and stop it?'

Well most eill fail at the first hurdle. Imagine reporting the issue dispite fear of reparasial and then tje tracher just says "oh that didnt happen". Its traumatic. Its gaslighting. There is no empathy there. Im in my 30s and cant live in my hometown bevause they'll still target me. This trauma could have been prevented when I was 5. Dont tell me things are better now, thats a lie.

I was bullied my entire life love these videos I’m 39 but i am very successful now because I did not lose hope ❤I love these videos I was also called ugly at one point or other but did not let it affect me . I started working on myself just a tad bit now folks think I look good and I feel bullying must be reduced since it can’t ever be stopped completely unfortunately in this world bullying only made me stronger I feel one should not lose hope no matter what ❤
