Ive had suicidal thoughts as long as I could remember, and always heard about Suicide in school and entertainment so I never thought much about it and now I’m 23 used and abused by the army, and it’s getting worse and worse and I’m afraid I’m running out of time
Please find a therapist to see immediately! Thoughts like these show us that we are feeling things that seem like too much to cope with. When we have support to understand where our feelings are coming from, we can move forward to a place of hope. Nothing can replace a therapist or psychologist for working through these issues - please seek help right away so you can get the support you need!
One time i wanted to OD i had the pills there but I ended up not because im to scared to i have all these thoughts about suicide making plans to do it step by step in my head but i know that my fear will stop me, but one day i feel like im gonna reach a point where i will still be scared but i will just do it because i dont care anymore. And i dont wanna go there.
You're very brave for facing these thoughts and deciding not to go there!! I would highly recommend finding a therapist that you trust to speak to about this. You are not alone!!!
Everything is quiet and dim and blurry I hear my hart beat and feel it my hart beat and i also just here the thoughts I make plans and where I can do it some times I sit in them spots and just think how good and far away from Society I am and won’t be a burden to be found Day by day is a day closer my in side is dead I have no motions of humor. Wow, i wish i could ask taylor out but even if i could id probabpy not have the balls. Either way she is a reasonable pretty girl and i dont think she should be worried. I think you seem like wonderful company taylor ;)
