Give us a decoy blanket giveaway promise sells out
Meh, they can sell blankets and inflatable chairs in the team store if you really want that. Bobbleheads are way more fun as a giveaway.
As someone who doesn’t live in la, I envy the bobblehead nights cause I’m with Jeff I think they are cool. I feel like they are cooler than these other giveaways cause I find them pointless who really gonna use an inflatable chair. Who really gonna use a Matt kemp action figure. While they are rare and unique I feel those are the items that gonna be toss aside and lost for years or thrown away. Then the bobble heads. I think great to have that many, so people can pick and choose like Jeff mentioned. And if people set out to collect all 21 then they better come prepared to pay that much each night there is one 🤷♀️
Speaking of bobbleheads, someone at the Giants had the bright idea of giving away a Barry Bonds bobbleheads against the Dodgers when a third of the fans in the stadium are going to be Dodgers. I heard a Giants podcast saying there are going to be a bunch of decapitated Barry Bonds bubbleheads…. Thanks for another great chat!
They still have time to reschedule the Roki Sasaki bobblehead to when the Padres come to town
Way too many bobbleheads 😢
Nah 😊
you can never have too many bobbleheads
This guy gets it!
Thanks for another great episode. As for how many games the Dodgers will win. That’s a tough one because even our bench and some of our minor league players could beat half (if not more) of the MLB Teams out there. Thanks again! As for the gambling…🤷🏻♂️
Wow, I've been in every dayer for 2 years now and I experienced two firsts today. Today was the first time I watched the podcast on UA-cam and saw your faces. It's also the first time I can remember going through a whole episode without hearing Vince say "it's one of those where" My day feels incomplete lol. Also the locked on network doesn't work for MLB. They can advertise whoever they want. And I'm going to go ahead and say 113 wins this year let's go Dodgers!! !!!
In the end tell amjor sports organization to stop being hypocrites
If your bad at you job you shoudl be fired
Professional major sports are hypocrites they promote it MLB, NBA and Soccer and Football put when someone does it they fire them its a joke
Lot of grumpy fans critics today.
113 wins my guess
Enough already. If you’re not begging people to gamble on baseball, you’re talking about the poor umpire caught betting on baseball.
Rusing is nit even you best prospect
They winning 120 unless they get hurt or it should be a failure by them and should win world series easy with only losing 5 at most in playoffs key world at most should have less
It serves no purpose to be talking about 120 wins. Doesn't anyone notice that they won the WS with their lowest regular season win total in 7 years ? 2001 Mariners meet the 2025 Dodgers (or the 2022 Dodgers...)
But that doesn't mean their chances of winning the World Series are better if they win fewer games in the regular season. And a lot of the fun of being a baseball fan is the six months of the regular season, so the more wins they can give us to enjoy, the better.
Jeff, could you please explain your theory of the four seasons for me again? I’m trying to remember whether early February falls into January or Baseball season. ;)
Early February in terms of months is late January in terms of seasons. But I think since Dodgers players are at Camelback, we're officially into the season of Spring Training.
Which Dodger reliever wouldn't be considered high leverage?
98 games its okay they will make the playoffs
If they only win 98 that's a big fail with their roster
@drewrockwell8000 players do get hurt..
Dodgers getting blamed for the Luka trade…😆
Yankees won 3 in a row and should have won 4 for sure and possibly 5 in 90s and 2000s
My biggest problem with Gonsolin is that he's never been good in October. For whatever reason, despite his great regular season stats, come October, he falls apart. And for a team that's "World Series or bust" you can't have guys flounder when the lights are brightest. Mostly short outings, but still--lot of HRs given up.
HAYL NAH ..🎶 🎶 🎼🎵TO THE NAH, NAH, NAH..🎶🎵
All you can eat pavilion world champions!
DFA Taylor and bring Kike' back.
It really doesn't matter what the Dodgers get for Brasier. They don't really need much of anything.
It will be a trade for the future. Prospects.
@@LockedOnDodgers Agreed. By the way, the DFAing of Brasier shows that the Dodgers will have to be doing more of this in the near future (barring injuries) to make 26-man roster spots available for players with options to achieve maximum flexibility and to ensure that at least one of their minor league prospects gets some runway in 2025. Specifically, the Chris Taylor roster spot has to be addressed, particularly if Kike Hernandez is to be re-signed and you don't want Pages to languish in the minors this year. Depending on injuries, especially to position players, is not a good strategy to use.
Why don't they DFA CT3 and just eat the $ if they have to?
Agreed…we’ve suffered w him long enough
Thanks for the great chat. We all knew we would have to make some tough and/or unpopular decisions. Thanks again!
May has to be on the roster as the 13th (after Gonsolin) - no options left.
I think it's hilarious. I remember Dodger fans in the seventies, eighties, and nineties screaming and complaining about Steinbrenner spending on players,, and not using their farm system. They aren't complaining anymore, and their team is doing what they hated. It's too funny.
You don't remember these two Dodger fans complaining about it.
Dodgers need to take care of its players like this. Blake is getting underpaid. Evan, Kike, Alex and even Kopech. These dudes are the real reason we won
Agreed. what I most recognize about the Dodgers recent acquisitions, starting with mookie I suppose, and moving onward & upwards, someone wrote that the percentage that other owners are using their capital to purchase players and expand talent are far less than the Dodger's percentage that they're spending. Something like 40% spent*** by other team owners versus 60% spent*** by the Dodgers. Of course I don't know how billionaires work, but apparently this is a statistic somewhere. * * * Acquisitions and development
Tim Hill will never be a Dodger!
Thank goodness they avoided arbitration. Arbitration sucks. It’s like me and my wife going to court and arguing who is the better spouse. I mean it’s clearly me, but that’s beside the point. Thanks for another great episode!
Yeah, he’s not as stupid as he looks. He saw what the Dodgers were doing with their recent bullpen signings and realized he better forego arbitration before he becomes expendable. 😂😂😂
A lot of solid starting pitchers still left on the market that teams should sign 😳 🤔 teams other than the Dodgers are being kind of Cheap and Unfortunately going to leave many good players and pitchers looking for jobs!
Dodgers should bring back Ryan Yarborough. Crafty Lefty Swiss Army knife pitcher.
Better off bring back Brasier than Yarborough.
I love it and I agree. Just hate that we have so many new fake fans now.
Vesia should let his super Mario mustache grow again
What’s going on with arenado lots of rumors he’s coming to the Dodgers ??
No way ! Max is our man!
Seems very unlikely. We've talked about it several times, if you search his name on our channel you'll find a handful of episodes.
@@LockedOnDodgers it’s popping up everyday on different channels
why would Dodgers downgrade?
Everyday people..
I would seriously consider making 1 or even 2 packages from Gonsolin, Grove, Wrobleski, Knack, Frasso, CT3 and maybe even Outman to open spots and get younger players to unclog a bit the farm system. The youngest of them is Wrobleski and is already 25, they can find better opportunities in other teams and we would still have Sheehan, Stone and Ryan (when they come back) and Ben (to taxi as needed)
He said short or long!!!
I think they’re done making any big moves for the next 3 to 4 years. They will most likely just trade their excess talent to load up their system even more. It’s unbelievable how much talent they have right now in the minors. With eight top 100 prospects in the ESPN top 100 that came out today.
Will Smith could learn 3rd base???
It's a possibility in the long run, but they have Max Muncy there in 2025.
Who knew the Yankees were a poverty franchise whining about another teams spending? Put some clown make up on Steinbrenner
I'm fine with saying goodbye to brazier banda and Grove. Although grove has options and the dodgers value that. Banda only gets tight after he'd let on 2 or 3 right handers. I get so nervous when he's on the mound
Grove still has minor league options, he won't get moved.. could help a lot throughout the year
@shibbyMB yes
Everyday people..
After Teo and Snell it would’ve been an A… what they’ve done since makes it A+++
