Think of a better railway name. I've got one: The Ghost Engine Railway. Thanks for showing off your spooky ghost engine and her ghostly goods train. In sleep she sang to me, in dreams she came, That whistle which calls to me and speaks my name. So do I dream again? I always find The Phantom of the Railway is there inside my mind.

Finally a nice small coach to supplement or replace the ancient Hornby /Tri-ang Clerestories, well done Rapido. Looking forward to seeing a Great Eastern version or versions depending on if you decide to do the same livery choices as your trams. I’m assuming that the range will be expanded as time goes on to include first and multiple brake variants (so say first, composite and full) as well as other railway companies?

Wee fun fact, this exact prototype was used as a basis for the Reverend Awdry’s Edward model on his North Western layouts, so I kind of have some respect for these locomotives.

@RapidoTrainsUK I have 3 questions on the 483s, the O1s and the E1s: 1. What are the exhaust injector and the tool on the tender side and what are they for? 2. Will there be new variants of the O1s different sandbox positions and cabs? 3. Will there be more variants of the E1s with different handrails, extra cab side windows and different sandbox positions?

My wallet is save from this for the meantime…. But this mean we will soon see MR wagons from Rapido?

Will anyone make a model of the Johnson Midland Spinner at some point? It’s one of the most beautiful classes of locomotives ever made and yet no big model company has had a go yet.
