Try H1000 retumbo is a little slow for 6.5prc even with 156s. I’m at 3018fps with h1000 and 156s that’s where she likes but could go faster.

How many grains of Retumbo did you use to get 3151 ft./s out of a 24 inch barrel?

Your faster velocity from the waypoint to the other rifles could be the twist rate on the barrels.

I see that you reload... do you know how long you can seat out the bullet on the prc before it has issues feeding the int waypoint. I know the hawkins hunter mags fit the waypoint and allow for 2.980 oal but will the waypoint take that because I plan on playing with the berger 156.

Myself and several others have asked for a link for the LED lights and you keep responding with “it’s in the comments”. While it may have been years ago, the comments no longer scroll back that far. Why don’t you just list the f#@&ing link to the godd@%n lights??

Loose the Gamma breaks. Eric Cortina EC tuner is the way to go. I have the same rifle in 6.5 PRC and also shoots amazing.

Two pieces of scotch tape or an elastic on the side of the mag will tune that rattle right up.

Have you (or anyone else reading this) had any problems when feeding rounds from the magazine? When pull the bolt back to feed a round, it catches on the brass and gouges the brass from the shoulder all the way to the case head. It doesn’t matter how many rounds are in the magazine. I have to really force the bolt back too. It seems to feed the round into the chamber fine when pushing the bolt forward. I saw on a forum where another guy was having the same issue.

Great review nobody else has mentioned the loose mag making so much noise. Does it make the same noise when it’s fully loaded? I’d like to know thanks.

I just did this switch on my 97 4Runner and it works. All lights work. But when I turn my blinkers on they blink really fast, like a bulb is blown. But all the lights work. Is this normal or is there a fix ?

When loaded with ammo the metal mag is silent. I have owned one for over a year and I hated that about the 6.5prc cause the 308 and 6.5creedmoor come with composite mags. Load her up and she goes silent. Happy shooting.

I wonder why they didn't talk to you and other hunters so that you tell them about retelling magazine for hunting. May be because it's the first time they are making a hunting rifle. I hope Springfield sees your review and learns from it.
