Thank you for the video! I need to set boundaries for myself? I always over plan, overcook, over decorate (by myself) and my own family doesn’t even seem to appreciate it… so why bother? 🥴🤷‍♀️. I just end up stressed and exhausted. And the worst part is… it’s no ones fault but my own 😢

I have been unhappy with Level 1 TGATB. We want to make the switch to Logic of English but it's hard because she knows half of Foundations B and half of foundations C so I have no idea where to start.

My son (11) and I love The Prince Warriors series! We are on Book 3. He reads them to me in the car on the way to extracurricular activities. They have ministered to both of us. I am impressed by how clearly they portray/convey the Holy Spirit, the supernatural, and spiritual warfare to children (and adults) in such an engaging and sound way.

My son almost ran away when he saw the Saxon book…LOL!! He is not team Saxon but I convinced him to stay and watch the rest of the video. I have the IEW teachers and it still in the wrapping . We are on 1B also and previously did 1A and we have been fine. My son loves the videos also with Mr. Puedwa…great update!!

So you homeschool year round with these breaks. No long summer break? Maybe i missed that. We all year round but i never really plan off time. So i feel like we either skip too many days or we never have time to take off. Thanks for the video!!

This video is exactly what I needed to hear for my current sixth grader(first time homeschooler). Everything you and Maggie spoke about especially the things she got better in is what I’m currently working with her on now so it gives me hope that she will eventually get there in time. She’s also a volleyball player and we just found out that there’s a league for homeschoolers but it was too late for her to begin this season. Thank you to the both of you for doing this update video. 🙂🏐

Did you continue to use masterbooks for l.a? I just bought this book and was wondering if you continued the series for future grade levels as well

Enjoyed the video! I started homeschooling my two granddaughters this year and we are still trying to figure out a good schedule. There is a five year age gap between them so that is a challenge but you have given me hope that with some adjusting it will eventually work out.

Hi. My son is going to start 4th grade soon. We have always used Math Mammoth. He is so/so with math. Better at the other subjects. I need a little more review from the previous year to get him going. Which one do you recommend out of the two you reviewed (saxon and horizons)? We dont want to use MM for the fourth grade.
