I snapped an okuma sst 8'6" on a coho i reached above the cork and that rod snapped in half. This year i bought a penn fierce. I decided to get something for saltwater this time.

Grew up fishing the upper Niagara river from the shore. Love fishing Lake Erie and Ontario tributaries for steelhead in the Fall and Winter.

I grew up in Fruitport michigan. So I had to figure out where you we're fishing out of. :) I only went fishing on the big lake once. That was out of muskegon. Love the videos. Reminds me of what I still consider home.

Yeah snapped a rod when i was kid think a big bass got on my line wasn't strong enough rod and wasn't strong enough to reel it in thing splintered and then broke before my dad could cut the line
