We got an automatic feeder, it's very helpful and it's almost like reminder timer for meds too
Thank you for putting this information out to the public! A little late for me and my Mom, but good information.
The accusations phase, just walk off because odds are they’re not gonna remember that they accused you of it in 10 minutes anyway, and the situation is resolved.
I then watched programs about plants, animals and elements of nature. Water is living, animals and plants are also living organisms. They also know how to communicate. Animals and plants are born, communicate, experience pain and die. They look like people.
I watched your videos. Thank you. I am currently studying food, plants, animals, health. You are a cook. I looked and saw you in a kitchen worker's uniform. Your video channel on UA-cam is interesting. Thank you.
Plants and food. Plants are like living things, that is, they are alive like people.
My mom is 78 we have started with cognitive impairment and her hearing aids aren't working great unfortunately my brother passed in 2018 so I have no siblings my Father really is dealing with his own medical issues with prostate cancer I feel very much alone and overwhelmed.
What a good reminder to apply coping strategies EVERY day. Thank you for this.
you did this brillantly ❤😂😅😂😅
my mom😢's Family was horrible to our Mom, too busy to call her 1 time a week or 1 time a month.
I love 💞 all your videos
brillant
You are such a blessing. Thank you!
Can you do some videos on what its like when the person suffering is trying to mask their reasoning for going out or finding something specific suddenly challenging?
I wish I knew this. The best thing the nursing home told me was the protein ice creams. My mom lived on those her last few weeks.
Its important to have a poa and poa for helthcare. Also a living will is good 👍
When hallucinations are mentioned, like what kind? Early in the diseaseI mean, would they be something the person is aware of? Like ive heard of visual hallucinations could be just seem like a vision problem.
Food, meals, is the biggest problem, not showers 😃
These comments are bumming me out.
Its probably john denver staring at her like shes a new york strip steak making her too uncomfortable to eat
I heard one of the early symptoms of dementia is loss of smell. Is this accurate?
Wow. I’m sharing this with my niece. Thanks so much.
Great Info.... but please SLOW down so we can read it!❤😮
🥰🥰 You must be an OT
Are you an occupational therapist? Love your content!
Behaviors make sense when you know the area of Brain decline. So rough. Thank you for educating!
i had to know that some years ago as my aunt was in that situation.
Don't MOCK !!
What's horrible ailment ... It's torture for them and their loved ones. How does one gain that level of patience to not inadvertantly start problems like telling them they keep messing up like this? I ask because I am unintentionally adversarial when I don't mean to be , and my luck makes me deal with my worst fears so inevitably,I'll have to deal with this someday.
Being forced to eat is one of my biggest fears about growing older.
It’s a bizarre blessing that my father can not get out on his own to do the shenanigans he once did. ❤
Useful information but.... it's too fast for reading in 2 spots on screen... slow down.❤❤🤙🤙
Slow down the video; it's hard to read....❤
OMGI just found your page and I'm the granddaughter And caregiver to my grandfather has dementia going into Alzheimer's and it's horrible I'm so glad I found you!
Thank you!!!
I an Literallu eating off a red plate right now. Just ordered them from. WALMART, and I LOVE them.
In other words she ain't hungry no thanks 😊😅❤❤
My Mother does the same thing I reverse it by saying "good im starving" changes her mind so fast "wait that's mine" ❤
our great-grandma used to not be hungry but her appetite returned immediately when we brought cake. side note: she used to forget to clean her dentures, making eating uncomfortable for her. took ages before it dawned on us
How do you quit a job if you aren't receiving some kind of financial assistance?
Great to know.
Thank you so much!!!! This is so new to me and those are great ideas!!!!
A grown woman making shorts. She should physically be making shorts to redeem herself.
YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS CUTE OR FUNNY? You’re a moron and Po crap and your acting is shit. Another pathetic loser. Who needs a real job.💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

My mum hardly eats anything
💯 facts I had to do the same with my grandparents.
Good one.... I didn know about this red plates but sure will try on my parents, tx for the valuable tip❤
I used to say no problem. Do you mind if I check on a few more folks while I get the form from the nurse for you to decline a shower? The answere was always "Sure, go ahead". 20 minutes later I'd come back and start again. Always got the shower done and would tell bad jokes through the process. If you leave them laughing, they are glad to see you later.
My Mom wanted to help clean house so I bought the lightest vacume cleaner I could find. I'd move furniture and she'd vacume behind the furniture. Then we would get an afternoon nap. I miss my Mom😢.
