So all are heavy winter perfumes. Do you keep wearing something like this in summer? That's horrible.

The only way this won’t be a major disappointment is IF this is introduced as “Parfum” to replace DHI & introduce the beloved Parfum as an Elixir or something like that . Otherwise… Catastrophe.

Just got mine today and it is a huge disappointment. It smells like The Most Wanted Parfum with a little bit of Iris in the opening. The amber note is too overpowering and gourmand. I can see the comparison to DHI but it’s nothing like DHP2020. I’m glad that I only bought one bottle but it’s a hard pass for what you get in return.

I have the intense and getting the parfum delivered today before it is gone completely. Will pick up the 2025 after I get a chance to smell it in stores.

After what Francis K. did to the newest Sauvage…I’m not hopeful in this one. We will see I guess. Hey, at least it’s not water based…for now.

The new version is already a cheap one for the masses, the truth is that you need to search and buy old intense and perfumes before they disappear

I’m thankful to have two 2.5oz and a 3.4oz bottle of the original parfum. I’ll stick with those. I also have a 5oz of the older Dior Homme intense.

Why take something perfect and change it? So far, im not impressed with MFK's work at Dior. To boot, they dont offer it in 100ml.

so it doesn't sound like the real o.g. version, 2.5oz (2014)which i have a full bottle, ill have to sample when it hits retail stores to see if is worth it, or just pickup another 2.5oz o.g. version

I have 2no. 75ml original 2014 bottles, I will get the 2021 100ml bottle and then I will get the 2025 75ml as I know it's a totally different frag. Dior are always good at quality and performance which gives them the edge over their closet rival Chanel

DHP is a sandalwood based scent. With some iris and Rose. Doesnt have any oud or leather...

The OG of Dior homme parfum was a masterpiece.... all other reformulations of the OG are garbage i know.

I just bought a150 ml of 2018 DHI, and if I ever run out, I might try this new DHP. Not a fan of FKs pseudo artistic creations though.

Just received my backup bottle of Dior Homme Parfum yesterday. I learned that it was going to be discontinued so I ordered it. I absolutely love DHP. Have gotten several compliments over the past 2 years I have owned it. Beast mode longetivity and projects well. Only need 2-3 sprays indoors or 4-5 outdoors. This is masterful perfumery and a high quality fragrance. Sad to see it is being replaced.

Buy a bottle of the current batches while you can. This stuff is DHI in a new bottle. Doesn't deserve the parfum name

It's already out on the Dior US website and can be ordered now. Mine is being delivered next week. It's safe to say that the original DHP is being discontinued as this new Dior Homme Parfum 2025 is on Dior's French website. They took the old DHP down.

This is more ultra male than Dior homme parfum … get the old one or the DHI…

I had the original formulation (I think. It had the small font like the pre-2020 Dior Homme.) It's definitely a masterpiece, but not an easy wear IMHO. "Strong" is an understatement. The stuff is nuclear. And I'm a fan of vintage '80s powerhouses. For me the best is still the original EDT (again, pre-2020 version). Still have most of a 50ml bottle that I'll be using sparingly as I imagine it's already a pretty penny on the secondary market. I do always enjoy these kinds of side-by-side comparisons, though. The bottle you're comparing to 2025 is not the OG, it's already reformulated watered-down 100ml version of the real OG 75ml from 2014 in different bottle design, which was the masterpiece.

Im from europe and the original DHP isnt available anymore at dior beauty or anywhere else online. So it is discontinued and the 2025 version is the replacement.
