Hi, i have a magnum 4000 power washer. I changed the diesel pressure pump and greencolor magnet. But still there is no fuel flow to the burner. Can i know what should i do?
Why won’t mine lock in
If your nozzle is having trouble locking into the quick connect on your lance, you may have a bad quick connect, or it may need to be cleaned so it functions properly. Sometimes minerals/rust build up on the quick connection can keep it from fully locking into the forward position. You can soak the quick connect in CLR to help break down any mineral build up and clean it with a wire brush by pulling the collar back and scrubbing the bearings with a brush.

I've got a pressure pro 3500 unit with 140hrs on it and I bought it new back in 2021 but I push the switch and the red light comes on but the blower doesn't come on and I drained the clear fuel filter and the diesel dosent fill back up what's wrong with my hot side?
Hello Devon, Without knowing the specifics of your burner, I can only offer limited insight. That said - generally, if there is no fuel draw to your burner, there is either a problem with the burner pump (ie clog/blockage, electrical, or safety switch), a bad fuse that is affecting the pump operation or air in the fuel line. If your unit utilizes any safety switches such as a pressure, or flow switch, the burner may not kick on if either of those are bad. Check for any bad fuses on the unit, check all other electrical connections on the burner and re test. Your unit should have come with an operations manual for the burner, that would be the best resource for troubleshooting any further.

This worked great with my Honda 2600 psi Pressure washer ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP , it came with two different size adapters, and tread tape so you're ready to go. I used it on my sidewalk that was getting dark and it worked great with no sprayer streaks. Just back and forth, really easy and way better than the spray adapters that came with my Pressure washer.
So when you buy a pump, is it necessary to adjust the unloader? or can you just leave it alone and it will be ok?

This machine is doesn’t worth what you pay for it. In less then a year a couple rounds to the shop for different problems. 👎🏼👎🏼
Not for real jobs. Those demo’s are just playing around. I said for my experience. I got o e with a hot water and nahhhh.
Definitely not but this machine. I got one and less then a year was get me a couple rounds to the shop for different problems, water pump, losing pressure, wand gun, water heater. Etc, the warranty is by different manufacturers. Headache 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
I have ducr work for my heater sometimes it will rumble not to often is it because the burner had duct work that gose to a 90 shooting the heat out the back of the truck dosnt rumble all the time

My machine recently is blowing white smoke from the bottom.
Is the smoke coming from the engine, or from the pump? If it is coming from the engine, you will want to get that looked at by a servicing dealer found on our dealer locator on our website. If the smoke is coming from the pump, that is most likely steam coming from the thermal valve. That would mean your machine was run hot and should be inspected for further damages.
what tip is best to blast weeds growing between brick floors?
Hello Lew, Generally, it is not recommended to blast weeds from brick pavers since the risk of damaging your brick, or removing joint sand between the bricks is so high. You can certainly clean the brick, using low pressure (800-1000psi), but you want to avoid spraying directly between the bricks. For other cracks such as those in your driveway, or sidewalk, a 15° nozzle should do the trick, but I would highly suggest another method for the weeds in the pavers, such as a torch, or boiling water.

I have an 4000psi AR RRV on a 14hp engine. When the trigger on the wand is off, every few seconds, there's a burst of pressure and the whole outlet hose stiffens. Any thoughts?
Generally, when you see pressure fluctuations, it is due to debri in the valves, bad unloader, or an insufficient supply of water to the machine. If you pull the trigger, what does the unloader do? It should "shift" when the trigger is pulled, and again when the trigger is released. If the unloader is pulsating along with the pressure while you spray, it is likely the unloader or vavles. If a video of the issue can be provided, we could better assess since it is not unusual for a discharge hose to stiffen up under load.

With 3 feet of hose at a volume of 4 gallons a minute would that give you around 3 minutes without using the pressure washer before it over heated ?

Buy a Stihl pressure washer . You get more for your money at a better price point and Stihl always stands behind their warranty !
Stihl seems to have more value at their low end professional grade than the High end Vortex professional grade washer with the exception of the frame which has nothing to do with the actual functionality of the unit . More pressure per horsepower with an adjustable pressure valve , Better quality hose that is braided steel . Stihl is heavier which would make it more difficult for someone to pick up and carry off . The roll cage frame on a Stihl actually protects the engine where the Vortex frame has nothing to protect the motor . The pressure hose on a Stihl does not have to be banded to keep it in place and the price point is less than the Vortex . Also , Honda engines, although a great engine, have to be worked on by a certified Honda mechanic where as the Kohler can be taken to any shop of your choosing . Thanks for helping me decide to buy a Stihl RB 600 .

So the dangers in having incorrect pressure are the valve caps sheering the threads and flying off given you have a 10,000 psi hose and equally rated spray gun?
