I have severe insomnia. My record is 13 days without sleep. I’ve been on every medication from Seconal to Benadryl. Sometimes I luck out and sleep for 2-3 hours. I live for those days. I’m a high school teacher. I’m not able to instruct my students as they deserve so I’m retiring early. I can’t imagine the agony that FFI inflicts. The only thing worse than poor sleep is no sleep at all.
