Why do companies discontinue good products??? (e.g., Badlands Silent Stalker)

Received mine today, too big, too heavy for me as I am trying to cut weight from my saddle setup ,just too big for its use, I will just deal with old school piece of rope.

I am disappointed with the Waldrop company. I watched your videos and a couple of other guys on here and read all the great things about them, its honestly what pushed me over the edge for the purchase. Yet my experience has been less than ideal. When I ordered my seat, it stated in stock and then I got an email saying it would be two to three weeks for delivery after I purchased it. It was the end of October when the order was placed but if they held up to the statement it would make it, so I didn't cancel the order. I'm a working family man and the expense of the chair was something I saved for. I use my vacation each year for family deer camp and it's a big event for us here. I emailed the company multiple times and called Mutiple times and finally got a return phone call after several attempts. The man (Tim) was nice and reassuring that my seat would make it that was 9 days after my order was in. Fast forward to November 18th, I have not received any shipping information to date as stated. I have begun calling and emailing again, two days later and several attempts since, this time no communication. A family company offering a product at a premium price is not an issue for a quality product I happily support that! However, the quality of service and communication is also something one should receive at that price. I fear now there is no chance my seat will make it on time and sadly it will be a year before it could be used for its intended purchase. I trusted their words and feel I have been let down. I am out the money and the days of field with it, Money is one thing, memories are something we can't get back.

I just picked up a Mossberg Maverick 88 12GA w/18.5" barrel and folding stock NIB for $290, which is a lot of fun at the range. Then turned around and bought a used excellent condition 24" Accu Choke barrel and full stock for another $150 off eBay. So now have a 12GA pump that will handle situations from A to Z!

I have been looking to pick up my first 12 gauge for HD but also want something that will see me through a SHTF scenario (getting out of the city and then hunting). Your video answered a ton of questions and really sold me on the Mossberg 500 Tactical Shotgun. I'll be adding the 500 12 Gauge All-Purpose Barrel - 28" - (fowl shooting) and a 500 12 Gauge Slugster Barrel with Cantilever Mount, Mounted Scope - 24" - for deer hunting. One gun for all basically. I have a Ruger 10/22 takedown with the backpacker stocks for smaller game, with this package I feel I am pretty much set. In Canada there is not a lot of things we can legally buy and use so we are limited but this will be legal and practical. Thanks for this information, again, you helped a lot!

I've just bought a vintage Silver Seal Double Sided Skillet three weeks ago. It was made in the 1930s during the Great Depression. It's still in pretty good shape for being around 90 years old. I'm finally about to start cleaning it and using it for the first time. I definitely want to start off by making fresh biscuits in it before I plan on cooking more food with the skillet. I can't wait to see how that all turns out.

I got a 535 ats. Very solid one. 2 things got me to pick Mossberg over Remington . One it’s tapped and drilled for scope mounting options. Two, the safety location is very convenience to reach .
