Of course, if it is a deck that is all beaten up, you would not… but so often there is a deck that was a disappointment, or that you just don’t connect with, and it is still like new. As you said, they can be expensive, and if you can give someone a great deal… why not?

St Jinx Art put out a couple of decks that have a gay masculine artwork in a SFW version and an Uncensored version. I bought the uncensored versions and I think they're great! St Jinx Arcana and Reclaimed Earth. Very much recommended for self readings and for friends that aren't prudes. 😅

I don't think there's anything wrong with celebrating other religions than our own. I have a little carved nativity scene that I love and it goes out every Christmas. I don't have to believe it to respect it and decorate according to their stories and beliefs. I tried to embrace all religions when my kids were growing up, so they'd be comfortable finding their own path later in life.

Hi Matt, your enthusiasm with what you bought is quite catching! I love all things Xmas related, except the religious part, not being a big fan of any monotheist line of thought. Which doesn't mean I won't enjoy a nativity scene at home at Xmas, as it is part of the Xmas spirit and the decorations that come with it. My big favorite decoration is reindeers, can you be more kitsch than that? 🤣 I am sure the Xmas reindeers I decorate the house with have lots of magic stories to share with Ganesha. And him being a god, he is far above all our mortal divisions about which "holy spirit" is right, and won't mind at all, on the contrary, I am sure.

This is hard, I have so many things, memories of my parents and memories of my child and grandchildren, all precious to me. One day all my possessions will be sorted through, I don’t envy the ones who have to do it, no one will want to keep the things I have treasured. It’s a real worry for me to be honest.

My box of sentimental items from my deceased partner, which is already packed and ready to go should there be any kind of emergency. My journaling Bhagavad Gita. My Shiva and Nandi statues. My books about Shiva and a few other favourite books. My favourite tarot decks and some crystals. And last but not least, my horribly expensive Holbein coloured pencils and a few colouring books!

Not ruthless, I hoard! Although I need a life box because the burden would be lifted when the time comes. I would however have to donate all my books to charity though in one go as I just couldn't choose one. My gosh I am the current custodian of so much....... Great debate Matt. Hi Matt, I had to laugh when you talked about lists, I am exactly the same, I would be lost without a "to do" list next to my screen. I usually do it weekly, and I find a kind of weird elation as the week progresses and the list shows more and more items crossed. What causes less elation is that said list never shows all the items crossed at the end of the week, of course 😂

Matt, I beg to differ; I am the world’s biggest procrastinator!! My driver’s license expired more than a year ago. There’s about ten things I should be doing now but I am watching this video instead. 😆

This made me laugh so much because I'm terrible at getting things done! I have a bullet journal and I spend hours making my lists of 'to do' things really pretty instead of spending the time doing the things I need to do! 🤣

I write in my journal about everything all the time, but I also find that making a list and checking my calendar and taking a look back in what I’ve written in my journal,really helps me to check things off my list and I know that’s what helps me get through the day. People are so silly. I only eat poultry and seafood, and I sometimes think about becoming vegetarian. I could never be a vegan, though. I love dairy too much!
