This is such an interesting sharing and a real eye opener for me lol. I've only been to toxic work environments where it's more about the job rather than personal development, and L&D is done in order not to be punished lol. although I would think this video falls more into how to leverage platforms and resources to find your job fit, rather than change career.

Did you use the feet size chart? I have small wide feet, normally a 6.5 to 7. I sized for a size 6 in the Vivaia, pointed toe pumps. Does this sound right?

Just so you know it is fairly common for people to have one foot larger or wider than the other. I wear a US 7.5 because of this. One foot is 7 😂.

love this thorough and honest review ❤ it's funny how I received my first pair few days ago- the Mary Jane square toe flats- and just now decided to watch a review 😂 anyways when I opened the box and took out the shoes and inspected the material, I immediately said "wow, I could definitely use this for a long time" and immediately felt that my money's worth has been taken care of. I have yet to rough test them as I will be using it for a vacation trip so I will know by them 😅 we have the same exact feet statistics and I got my shoes in 38 EU just incase and they were PERFECT fit I couldn't even imagine it for other times I have ordered shoes online 😊

Same here. Bad experience with this company. Never told you how long it takes to ship, and which country the product will be shipped from. Sent me all kinds of automated messages telling me that I did not respond to their previous messages, while the previous messages were just a tracking number. I live in the US. Stay away from this company.

6:30 You could say that Swedish weather can be a bit bipolar, it quite often goes from sunny to monsoon rain to sunny again in under an hour 😆. It also feels like a tradition that it always rains on midsummer, for some reason. 7:07 Looked like you was at one of the Citygross stores, they tend to be allot bigger than the average grocery store. I quite like those stores cause they have a few "import" sections, one of them is at the candy section. Can find american candy there (at least the one in my city had that). Regarding the cheese being cheaper here, i's cause we have much more access to good pastures. Lots of dairy farmers have meant that prices on cheese never gotten absurdly high, sucks a bit that lots of dairy farmers have closed down due to it being cheap to import milk from mainland Europe (one of the reasons I dislike EU).Wish we had import tariffs on milk, mainly to preserve our own production and make sure our farmers don't risk bankruptcy due to higher running costs vs other parts of Europe.

9:45 "Where to find good rice" Depends a bit on where you live, most rice in Sweden is between serviceable to quite good (stuff you find in grocery stores/supermarkets). Might be a bit hard to get the same quality as top quality Japanese rice, in that case I would suggest looking for an import store (Allot of them are called Turk butiker). Thai stores (just a different turk store/butik) would IMHO be the best bet to find really good quality rice, at least outside of importing it yourself from Japan or having someone you know send it to you. Rice isn't really that big of a thing in Sweden, potatoes is much bigger of a staple and beetroot was the thing before taters made their way to Sweden during the 17th century.

I own a pair of the black Square-Toe Mary Jane Margot, in a 7.5 W, which are actually machine washable (I have not tried it yet though). I live in the U.S. and had to exchange them once or maybe twice to get the correct fit, and it was no problem whatsoever, very easy to work with. I have had them 2 or 3 years and they look like new. They are pretty comfortable, for flats, although I have a bunion on one foot. I am even considering getting them in a different color.
