I just discovered your channel and I'm also a professional in a non-tech role for a major Japanese tech company in Tokyo. I'm also not Asian but a Latino from the hood of East LA. We should connect. I feel I can relate to some aspects of your life in Japan.
This video was so relatable!! I'm also a Japanese woman who was born in Japan but lived in the US from childhood to college, but had no choice but to go "back" to Japan after graduation. It really left me feeling confused about my identity, like the US is my "home" but I can't work there. Also, would love to hear about your love story! (if you feel comfortable sharing)
I’m so happy you found my channel :) it’s definitely one of those experiences that isn’t talked about often - I absolutely would love to share my story in the upcoming near future!
I love your channel! I'm debating working in Japan or the U.S. but my Japanese skills are def 帰国子女 level so I related to a lot of the things you mentioned.
So glad you’re in my channel community, thanks for watching and commenting 🤍 I completely get that. I’d say you probably have the opportunity to do both, our career is so long! In Japan, being bilingual is such a huge asset IMO which could help you get in international work here. In US, you can leverage the community and network you have and be completely free (if you choose) to choose your career in any field and direction I feel since there’s no language or cultural limitations. Both have pros and cons.
Hey beautiful, just came across your channel. I'm an upcoming content creator too who supports and motivates fellow upcoming content creators. You're doing an amazing work. Keep on. We're in this together💙
Life over career ANY day

@@Sakurambo I never saw a channel celebration where stuffed animals were hurt in the process of making *raise eyebrow like the Rock*.
Are you religious?
I am not, actually
桜桃さん、こんにちは。アメリカで育ってられて、突然帰国されテック会社で働いていた事さえ同じでショックです。
annabananaさん、こんにちは。それは偶然でもすごいですね!凄く嬉しいです💕
"a non tech role in a tech company"...... seems like your tag line.
Yep. Gotta represent my non tech homies
