I needed to cut granite. I didn't want to spend a fortune. I already had an Angle Grinder. So I thought I would take a punt on a cheap diamond blade. Here's how it went ... and whether or not I got that new granite worksurface for my workshop!
Here is the disc blade I used:

How to: Smarten up your tarnished brass hardware!
Переглядів 1476 місяців тому
Normal brass polishing tips don't work on external brass pieces (letterboxes, knockers, handles, door pulls, latches and house numbers) because they have generally been lacquered to prevent weathering. This video shows you how to revive those external brass items that are looking a bit tired and have the added complication of lacquer. And how to do it without spending more on cleaning products ...

How to: Use a Ratchet Strap (Tie Down Strap) with no hooks

Quick video showing you how to secure items with a ratchet strap and how to release once done. The ones I used were purchased from Amazon: amzn.to/3L3NIUb The straps are mainly used for securing loads in vans and lorries, pallets, roof racks, trailers but their use is endless. How to: Glue splits in large wooden furniture when normal clamps are too small
Переглядів 958 місяців тому
Sometimes you need to repair a large wooden surface, but normal clamps aren't big enough. If you are repairing a crack in wooden furniture, then you would normally glue and G-clamp (or C-clamp, spreader clamp or quick action clamp, whatever you want to call them) the piece in position. Unfortunately all these clamps are fairly small in size, which is a problem when you have a large piece of fur...

This solution is for ALL Canon Printers. It should work whether you have an existing printer that has suddenly disappeared from your wi-fi network, or whether it is a new printer that you are trying to connect. This was a saviour💯💯💯
Thank U so much
Understand you don’t bake - not a baker myself, but would have appreciated seeing how may muffin cups fit per tray - I use them for other stuff.
Yes! This worked to open my sons bottle of medicine that got stuck!
Great video and thank you for the assembly guide as I think we all agree, the instructions are absolutely dreadful. Lovely piece of kit though, easy enough to assemble until you get to fitting the two small orange control handles. I had a hell of a job with these .Take a look at the pins, they have a chamfered end on one end only. pass the chamfered end through the handle and align it with the hole in the threaded rod. Give it a gentle tap with a hammer just to get it seated. Then what I did was took a G clamp, lined it up and gently wound the pin into place. It slid into place nicely and made the job so easy.
you are an angel. THANK YOU! ❤
Thank you so much!
My goat
Great video 😊
Thank you so much. As soon as you said a man must have designed it, I realised what I had to do. I've always fixed washing machines, tumble driers, microwaves, anything I knew how to, as my father taught me from a very young age.. I must admit it's taken me 5 years to find how to do this dispenser. An ex told me once if a man designed it and nothing else worked, whack it with a hand or hammer (never needed to use a hammer, thankfully)
My hand is so sore and literally it took 5 seconds! Best hack!
Thank you! If you wanted to add liquid bleach, in which compartment would you put it in this washing machine?
YOURE MY SAVIOR AND NOW I CAN DRINK MY POWERADE

Hi! I just want the heating to come on at 3pm and off at 8pm. I can't manage it!!! Thought i'd managed it but sadly not. My Honeywell is the CM921 and it looks like yours except for the 2 buttons on the far left. Any ideas please?
I've got the same model as you and I've just reset mine. The time and date were completely wrong.
@wEstEgg8899 I think the problem is that the screen is only partially working and I can't see all the LCD display - I'm thinking of ordering another thermostat 😞
Thank you!! My hand was v damaged before this 😭
Omg this worked! Even with a metal screw cap on my limoncello bottle! What a life saver

Great video. Very clear explanations - much appreciated. Thanks.
Thank You! You saint!
Bless your heart Dr. I've been at my wits end trying to figure this out.
I put mine in the dishwasher on hot setting. I've done this since it was new so I don't know if it would work if it'd gunked up though.
This is brilliant!! You deserve a DBE
this is dum I tried for 4 HOURS and I only broke the door my son tried to and same thing happened😡
It’s dumb? Where do I start? Firstly you spelt ‘dum’ incorrectly, second, you managed to spend FOUR hours attempting this method? That alone is special. And finally you kept going when the door was broken. You’re a candidate for Natural Selection, well done.
Thank you so much
Thank you so much! All the instructions I had was I'm Dutch and your video helped me a lot! Finally I understand how to work with it and set it all up.
Thanks granny
Thank you for your brilliant explanation. Only took me 10 minutes to do this. B&D owes you! Lousy instructions from them, couldn’t have the job done with those! Couldn’t get the pon in, so I used a little screw. Why don’t they make it just fit?
Great! Thank you! ❤
this was my 4th day of trying to open a non alcoholic bottle of juice. I tried everything..this is the only thing that worked. tfs
Hard to find this usage of these sanding disk. Thank you very much.
