Stalker Gamma is not better than Anomaly, it's an addon collection for Anomaly with some inclusions that are objectively bad. The best Anomaly experience is the one you build yourself.

Been playing stalker since it came out and its still one of the best games out there that give you that feeling... It was until i played DayZ that i really felt that again in a different not scary but adrenaline pumping kind of way. Great video.

i hate to make the joke, but it most certainly did break the AAA barrier.. afterall, AAA games are buggies peices of crap now days, remember how many patched the first Stalker took to run? Also, I come from S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat - Misery 2.0, not anomoly, not gamma, not even EFP.

After years of playing Misery I gave Anomaly a try and I am not sure about how to feel about the Zone being so empty. Sure, latter versions of Misery got ridiculous with their enemy spawn rates, but it feels like Anomaly toned it down too much. Maybe I should complete the story mode before talking about it, but so far that's an aspect I'm not enjoying, that and the fact that you no longer have an audio warning about getting too close to an anomaly, idk why they even removed that. Gamma I looked up, but the whole limb HP/useless technicians aspects felt like overcomplicating things, might try it out at a later date.

I remembered the sale did dirty, it was a huge halloween sale When its released, i bought three games wolfenstein 2 dragon dogma and evil within 2 I still remembered the evil within 2 sale was bad. I noticed the game no longer have future dlc like the first game They only updated first person I miss this series It could have been good like you said Pushed little further instead of halloween sale The game could have dlc about his missing partner

The Evil Within 1 is masterpiece. But 2 took too many wrong steps I think. The gameplay was very boring compared to 1 and the Hollywood-ish cutscenes were just meh.

the original stalker games weren't too scary but they did keep you on edge, stalker anomaly is a different experience.

You’re absolutely right. It does deserve better. Making your way home is still a track I listen to religiously to this day.

As someone who loves both games and has grinded them to their bones I'd like to give my opinion. The evil within 2 is an incredible game. However if it was a standalone game (aka first on the series) I would give it the title of masterpiece. But it isn't. In fact compared to it's predecessor The evil within it's actually disappointing how much it got wrong when compared to the first. Most notably are the enemies handguns and villains. The enemies in the first game are perfect. They're slow like zombies normally but occasionally sprint to close the distance making them unpredictable. There is also some variety like fat ones taking more ammo or the invisible ones. Plus they wear outfits that fit where they are. In this game the enemies lose all of these traits. Especially the movement. They are so fast it makes no sense. The handguns are also ass because the cross hair on them is total BS. The revolver was just much better all around. The villains are the biggest flaw however. Every Villain is interesting in their own way, but since they all need to fit into this game you end up killing them off before you have proper time to full develop them. If it was just Stefano or Theodore it would have been good.

Evil within is good and they know it and we need a third. Justice for Joseph!

The first EW was good but it's sequel blew me away. I absolved how the semi open world was filled with content... content as lore, rewards for exploration and unique enemies. The underground portion of the town was remarkable as well. Love the fact that there's quite a bit of content a player can miss, yet is still there. I love everything about TEW2

The second game is good but I will always prefer the first game. The open world stuff just isnt my cup of tea. Great video btw though!

i think the character itself has no depth comapred to other iterations like BTAS, but every other thing is amazing

When I was a teenager, I modded New Vegas to be a horror survival game with roaming patrols of each faction fighting each other. I would only make money from hides from animals I hunted, and bought my weapons and ammo that way. I didn't do any quests. I just roamed around the Mojave on a modded motorcycle. Sometimes having to take shelter in the nearest shack on the side of the road to get away from the radioactive rain. I think we as men crave these harsh experiences. It's you versus the harsh and unforgiving environment. We crave to be in that situation.

Gamma is worse than vanilla anomaly. Because ai fits well with vanilla but gamma introduces so many things ai becomes bugged.
