Uncharted 4 is a 10/10 game imo. It has amazing graphics that blow newer games out the water (mainly because newer games are just lazy and unimaginative) and it has a great story and fun gameplay. It is one of my all time favourites.

I only in November 2023 have finally gotten around to playing Uncharted 4 after playing the first 3 games in early 2022. Wow, what an absolute masterpiece. Might be in my top 10 games of all time. I had to keep reminding myself the entire game "This game came out in 2016!?!?". Before Zelda BOTW and the Switch. If someone told me that Uncharted 4 came out like 2019-2020, I absolutely would have believed them. It's that beautiful of a game, a good 3-6 years ahead of it's time.

It seems that game developers and publishers have forgotten that games are supposed to be art. Just like paintings, music etc games are art and making them requires artistry. This also means that liking games are inherently subjective, it's okay to love games other people hate and that are objectively bad. Games are supposed to be fun, challenging, moving and any other adjective you can find. I hate the modern norm that pumps out the shells of games, that are surface level deep, endless seasons battle passes, full of microtransactions and still they are not fun or feel good to play. They truly have become soulless. Modern gaming focuses too much on the detail and not enough on the art style. Art style is the one thing that make games feel timeless, and with good art style they outshine games released years if not decades after. Also wtf is this shit where games that actually are polished, entertaining and fun to play get trashed by these so called "game developers" who get personally angry by game developers who still remembers how to make good games. Just look at the launches of Elden Ring, Baldurs Gate 3 and Tears of the kingdom. Games that are actually masterpieces and millions of gamers love to play them, yet get huge backslash because they are made by people who are still enjoying to make games that people like and respect. That is my piece. Thank you for the amazing video. Keep up the amazing work!
