@ Yes its so to enjoy the best of both worlds. Kahit yung mga co workers ko na mga Americans sinasabi sa akin na “you’re lucky Lydia”, sinasabi sa akin na they’re into living in 2 countries. If you have your own place or bahay natitirhan mae enjoy mo ang stay sa Pilipinas. We’re blessed to expirrience retirement here in the Philippines na hindi nag aalala sa 3 naming anak na babae , cause by God’s grace , nagsikap din silang lahat na makapgtapos diyan mga UCs sa California. Ang eldest ko is a Pharm D, yung 2nd is a DPT, at yung bunso nagta trabaho sa isang news company sa Bay area , work from home yung panganay at bunso. We went there pala Oct. 20, 1999.Mag umpisa nang buhay sa America is not easy , but sa awa nang Diyos we’re so blessed.

Looks like we are walking a similar path. Also a nurse here. Been here in the US for 31 years and cannot wait to move back to the Philippines in 2 years just like you. Also thought about the pre-planning stages you went or going through: where to live in the Phil., healthcare, cars, also sold our house here, renting now in prep of the move back home. Glad to stumble upon your vlogs and feel similar sentiments as we approach retirement in the Philippines. Good luck to you! or to both of us. Love your vlogs by the way!

Lalu na kapag Christmas or new year. Ang New Year’s Eve, tinutulog nalang namin yan. Family party nalang kami ng Jan. 1st.
