As an American, when I first moved to Spain in 2021, it was terrifying, but there was also an element of excitement with that terrific feeling.
When the day came to leave the US, the emotions were rampant, my heart was ripped out of me.
We were driving to the airport and I was leaving my family for an unknown period of time, I’ve never cried that hard in my life.
I knew the road I had ahead and it was intimidating - I was starting with a clean slate.

    I really like your deep thinking, your videos help me uncover thoughts I normally think I dont have enough time to ponder or attempt to address. Specifically with the over arching question you poised, its something I wonder a lot, I try to keep my afternoons and mornings quiet enough, without distractions as best I can, so I am able to ask those questions. Its a hard question with frequently dissatisfying answers and even some that makes the question feel even more uncomfortable, but it also gives me a sense of knowing, that I do need to figure out what I do with my life. Not just let life happen to me. I am still in university, studying 5 days a week in engineering mechanics and weekends working to pay bills and rent, no days off. I sometimes ask myself why I chose my life to be like the way it is, my answer is always my life’s goal. To understand the world around me, studying physics and mathematics is alluring, because it makes me feel in control of the world and my life, makes the unpredictable, predictable. It makes me more uncertain with the time I have left on the planet and what comes after, but it gives me a genuine sense of purpose. Knowledge and learning give me purpose, especially applying it. I just need to figure out what I want exactly.

    • @CarterDombeck
      @CarterDombeck Місяць тому

      Wow - thanks for the in depth thoughts, that’s incredible. I believe getting quiet helps with clarity and direction. I think it’s really interesting feeling the discomfort that comes with asking that question - it can bring up some anxiety as I’ve experienced, but really spending time with the uncomfortable questions can also bring immense clarity. It’s important to understand as well that we’re always evolving and learning, so what we want can change over time as we uncover more about ourselves - it’s not a set in stone point of arrival. Sounds like you’re working hard and asking the right questions. I’m glad you like the videos! 🙂💭

      Hey there - I wish I could send you a voice clip to say more, but I’ll try here… Yes - I’ve applied it a few different times very intentionally and yes I’ve gotten the result, but most importantly I became the person who gets the goal in the process, which you can carry on with you. You’re absolutely right, it’s not a direct or easy process, there can be a lot of uncertainty, but that’s what makes it special, the ability to push through when your mind wants to harass you and take you away from the goal. I appreciate your words!! 📝:)

( speaking from my observations so far.) and the ones they do they already have it in their self. maybe it’s too fatalistic i don’t know but yeah. might be wrong. and thank you too for your words and for videos. watching them makes me feel like listening a friend :)

    unlike other people in the comments i think what you’re saying make sense. sometimes there are something that you can’t express with words. it’s actually about the people who are receiving these words. a novel can have different meanings for two different people and this because they had been through different experiences throughout their lives and so they have different meanings and like you said same words can evoke different meanings for different people. so in order to someone to understand you fully your and the receiver’s view of the world (the meaning given to the words) should be similar.

    • @CarterDombeck
      @CarterDombeck 2 місяці тому

      Thanks for the words! It is wild how people interpret things so differently. Me telling you about a roller coaster I went on versus you sharing that experience with me are two completely different experiences. There are some experiences that you've been through that hold such a weight, words are barely scratching the surface to the depth of that experience. Cheers!😀

  • @Spocchio
    @Spocchio 2 місяці тому

    Unless you had some transcendental experience, I think generally, words are actually enough to articulate our experiences. Of course, you will never be able to share every single detail, but you should be able to share most of it. Before claiming that "words can only go so far", consider other explanations. Maybe people understood you even if you didn't feel understood; or maybe you should improve your storytelling; or maybe the people around you do not share your same interests and are not impressed by your experience

    You know what I've noticed about these coaching videos? They all fail miserably at one thing. Relationships. There are 8 billion people on this planet. Not every single one of those men are chasing ladies.. This pre-concieved notion of "divine feminine energy" intimacy is exposing these coaches. People care about love. It's what drives men to get up in the morning. And that isn't ALWAYS a lady. If you pressure a man into a love archetype, you are *failing* them as a coach.

    • @BlizzyTM
      @BlizzyTM 2 місяці тому

      Correct me if I’m wrong, I think the point that’s being overlooked is accessing the masculine and feminine within yourself first and foremost. When you’re comfortable within yourself you now achieve love for you. Not sourcing outside to someone else for that which you may feel is missing. A balance within you.

    Ego when directed correctly can be very useful, but you need to start using it as a tool rather than letting it rule your life. Biggest lesson I learned and it was from getting high on THC/edibles. You notice that you see things much clearer and for what they actually are, and realize that ego is in the way a lot of the time. Ego is very useful in specific situations, other than that, it holds a lot back and can actually cloud your judgment and/or lead to depression in yourself as well. When you come out of a THC high, if you take these lessons seriously, they can be useful in your regular life to see "behind the matrix." Ego is very important to mold into an on/off switch that you have full control over, and yes, of course it takes work.

    • @CarterDombeck
      @CarterDombeck 2 місяці тому

      Interesting words, thank you. Psychedelics drugs are also very useful to experience the dissolution of the ego. Like you mentioned, it brings you to the experience of true reality and the neutrality of being. The ego has a place in operating in this reality/world, but from a spiritual aspect, it can get in the way of experiencing true peace and freedom.

    This is very insightful and there is a lot to unpack here. But, I think the saying "God only helps those that help themselves" here applies. People often times are focused on hoping they are "chosen" so much that they forget to choose themselves. We are conditioned to be obedient to authority and to conform to social/societal norms. There is Bystander Syndrome and there is Stockholmn Syndrome for you to look into which I think more or less would help you to understand the nature of this complex (which isban inferiority complex) a little better.

    • @CarterDombeck
      @CarterDombeck 2 місяці тому

      Love the words - it's totally like a form of bystander syndrome, but the situation is your own life and the hesitancy to take action. The conditioning makes it very difficult to go against the grain and overstep the boundaries, but in reality there's no real consequences if you have a great heart with great intentions. ✊
