  • If you are a growth minded person, you most likely have a set of foundational pillars to your routine.
    The quality of these pillars dictate the clarity and energy you carry with you any given day.
    My four core pillars of sleep, diet, exercise, and meditation create my internal infrastructure, but it's a constant building process of running experiments and breaking down self-limiting beliefs.
