Thanks! I appreciate the encouragement! My go to is the X2 Freedom grip and has been for quite a while now. I think the X2 material is the best for comfort and protection on higher rep gymnastics. Occasionally I’ll use the 3FC X2 for rings or toes to bar

As far as trainers go, they are great for running IF you run with a midfoot strike. If you heel strike then you’re going to have a hard time finding any cross trainers that feel good and have good support for lifting. I wouldn’t say that have a lot of absorption but they are flexible and light on the front of the shoe. I have run 5 miles in them before and been fine. I just got the new version the CXT-2 and they are looking like I’m going to like them even better! Little wider toe box and some other features you might want to look at. Thanks for watching!

These are still great shoes! My new favorites are the TYR CXT-1 and they just came out with a new version that I need to make a video on!

Yeah! It’s just 1/4 plexiglass from Lowe’s or somewhere. I got all of mine for free though. I work in film and video production and we had a big studio shoot with multiple sets built and used plexiglass for the windows. When the shoot was over I took all of the plexiglass with me!

If you’re using it for CrossFit or mixed modality training then the CXT-1 for sure! Heck, I’m not sure what they WOULDNT be good for. I wear mine to work sometimes because they are not only great trainers but also some of my favorite shoes that I own! I was just talking to a member from my gym about them and he said the same thing. He wears them everywhere now!

I agree with a lot of what you said! I’m going to try the TYR lifters next. I have tried them on and they have a much wider toe box

@@TheSampleySix nice. To be honest, I didn’t even lookup the TYR, ‘cause I thought maybe they’re not available for Romania, that’s why I went with the Nikes.

Thank you! Yeah I haven’t done a total cost with the equipment but the building alone was around $25k. That is with me doing all of the labor except for the foundation walls though. I’m planning on making some more detailed videos about different parts of the build and plan so be sure and subscribe!

You can but I wouldn’t recommend long distances. They’re not really built for that
