While this is a well done video, sadly, this is one of the reasons the game is now awful. People see videos like this and believe this is an intended mechanic or how the game was designed to be played …. It isn’t! … There are threads all over the EA support forms about these. This is the hacking / exploit community finding and promoting bugs and glitches as a way to play the game. While there’s some skill factor here there’s a few pieces that aren’t addressed: 1) not every saber character has the same movement or strike speed & 2) there are VERY few counters to this & 3) how poor the game engine hit detection is. This paired with the GG bunny hop exploit have made the game worse than it already is. The poor hit detection means that more often than not hookswings land a strike, even when your opponent is a long side you. Remember when the GG claw rush exploit was going on? And everyone was irritated with it except the few people who used it as a meta? Yeah, we all do. And the only saving grace there was a Dev who volunteered to patch it on their own time. Again, it’s a well done video but if we’re going to make content like this can we not promote this as some form of normal gameplay? This was never intended.

Also! The best star cards in my opinion are: Sith control. Finesse. Masterful Duelist. The reason i say that these are the best star cards because they simply make dooku easier to play. Also when you are fighting someone like obi wan be on the defensive. obi wan is a masterful defensive threat so make him be on the offense. if your fighting anakin do the same thing but make him be on the defensive but dont get to aggressive.

another tip - when playing as general grievous, before you use thrust surge you dodge backwards and turn your camera 90° left or right. once your camera has turned you activate the ability and it hits enemies through blocks

Yeah he actually is. EXCLUDING flesh is weak obviously since that card is just busted and therefore exempt from usage in tournaments, as it should be. Besides that the character is pretty balanced. Yes he has his signature bunny hops due to his jump mechanic but you need skill to use them properly and the rest of his abilities are pretty useless in unexperienced hads. If you know some tech you can make good use of his entire kit but even then hes a hero like everyone else.
