The saber throw tip is most definitely gonna help me i can block it but i always get stagger. When is the 1's till u lose vid, those r my fav. W vid btw.

im not exactly sure but I think the stagger when blocking the return throw has something to do with how far you turn around if you only look to your side and walk away from the saber I think you have less of a chance to get staggered

so for the saber throw in the last tip thats nice but i was wondering if this helps for every type of saber throw. Because only inexperienced duelists will throw the saber (as you know) AT you (as in through you) when in reality you should throw it right at their feet to get at least one hit in with a stagger. its almost instant as well so how can you block that? Obviously just dodge back but im asking for when you cant or forget to. Any tips maybe?

New glitches I've discovered:
If you spin as Maul and don't move (even the camera) until the ability recylces and the try to spin exactly as the animation finishes, he'll queue another spin but wont actually move.
Bossk's healing in dioxsis only works about 50% of the time in green tier.
You can get Bossk's predator run speed permanently if you're ragdoll'd frame perfect as the animation finishes but before the screen goes blue.
Further proof that this game is a mess.
you can keep bossks speed by activating the ability and pressing Y on xbox or triangle on ps cancelling it straight away before screen goes blue

These are all good Daniel but wouldn’t you be more safe just dodging the saber thrown so you have no chance of getting staggerd
Yeah, but that doesn't work in all situations. The best maul players will throw the saber in a specific way that is so fast that it becomes nearly impossible to avoid. I do agree though, it is quite situational
As a maul main I’d throw the saber towards the ground or a wall behind or near you so you can’t dodge it.
What/how do you do the animation cancel?
Dash toward an enemy and give it half a second before you jump in swing
How do u get ur fov like that
Can you type out how to animation cancel or show on a controller display
You hold block while performing a dodge and then wait about half a second before jump attacking. You’ll know you did it right when your character does like a micro jump and the very start of the jump attack animation
Common failure point is either jumping too early or too late so try different timings if you don’t it at first
I still can't get the timing of the animation cancle after rush
After a dash?
If so, u might be facing the wrong way. If ur camera is facing sideways it’ll do a normal jump, but if ur camera is facing u, then it should work

@@Dookusolosfr I'm confused how to face behind. When I turn my character on xbox, the whole character moves. I can't look at the front of my character in any circumstance, except maybe right after a jump swing when you turn to look behind. Can you be very explicit about what you mean about 'looking behind'? Which thumbstick?

@@XenithuI know I'll sound like a complete noob saying this but how do I beat ones who just dodge behind all the time, literally all the time, do I dodg e forwards, backwards, turn around and parry them? If they do this sometimes or many times it's no problem but when all they do is spam one dodge through me at a time they always get sneak hits in

Would be nice to see something of playstyle video. For longes time i used to just rely on parry but wouldnt beat anyone even bit better than me. Tips and tech is good n all but if there is no way to know when or how to apply it its not going to help much

I'm still waiting on how to ground block. You seriously consider that off limits and everything else is on the table? It still is a valid defensive strategy in duels.
I mean we're talking about how to trap people in frames they can't escape, how to bypass animations to do hundreds of damage in less than a second. And somehow someone blocking on the ground is a step too far? That ruins the duelling experience? Mate do you hear yourself talking?

@@144soulja Does that work reliably? Do you have to time pressing the buttons with your opponent's attack or can you press them well beforehand?
@@Vanedis its not consistent its a waste of time imo and i agree with the video poster ground blocking is a cheesy tech when you get knocked you deserve the punishment in a duel unless the opponent fails to do so
people all do all these are actually the worst players iv seen… this wasn’t in the game back when it dropped… just go back to the real saber fights like how they used to be
