Cant say it enough im 2days postop and walking is IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY!!! If water is hurting try very warm broth its been good for me. Water is good but it hurts me even when im not sipping for some reason warm liquids has helped me.

My wife has been talking me in to doing this myself. And I’m scared to do it. Mainly cause of the extra skin. I feel as though that will look worse than me being fat. Even though I’ll feel better and be more healthy and I understand that’s more important. Is this something u deal with? If so how do you deal with it?

Had my surgery 2 weeks ago. No gas pain. No nausea. But the pain when I stood up or sat down was pretty intense. 2 weeks on it still hurts getting in and out of bed.

Hey Fil, happy to see you in good shape after 24 months of post-surgery. There are a few questions that I want to know 1) Does your eating capacity is still the same as that was after the 3-4 months post surgery? or it has increased? 2) Do you exercise daily(weight training or CARDIO)? or some days a week? 3) have you ever experienced any slight increment in your weight during these phase? or it stuck at some point so what did you at that point? I HOPE YOU GET TIME AND REPLY TO MY QUERY :) P.S : AFTER WATCHING YOU IT GIVES ME RELIEF THAT I HAD MADE A GOOD DECISION IN MY LIFE FOR OPTING FOR THE SURGERY. I WAS 190KG AND NOW I AM AROUND 140KG AFTER 6 MONTHS OF SURGERY. LOVE FROM INDIA.

glad for you. think of all the years you won't have that monkey on your back. been dieting and regaining from 10 to current 65! went to a consultation but i didn't like the doctor at all. now i'm rethinking it and trying low carb again. wish i had clicked with the doc but we only have 2 in my area with my insurance and they told me i can't switch to the other one.

Thank you for the update. I missed your videos but then again, I know people get busy. I also had the Gastric Sleeve on December 2023 and had a great recovery, very easy, no pain and no side effect, I am really blessed with that taking into consideration that I am 70 yrs old. No acid reflux and lost 38 lbs since my surgery. I had my 6 months Post Op follow up and everything was fine, have another one at the one year mark. I had some blood work done and showed a bit of my minerals a bit high and some dehydration, but I know that is because I struggle with drinking water (that has always been a problem for me) but I am trying to drink more and hopefully this will at some point be fine. Presently, I am at a stall but this is something that is normal, eventually this phase should also will bypass. You look great and I am happy for you things worked out so go. Continue been sweet.

So happy for you ❤ My 2 year year mark will be this October 4th 2024 😊 I went through the same thing with under eating so my Gastric Surgeon had to get me to rethink 😃 But I’ve got no regrets 🤗 Keep up the great work you look amazing 🤩
