I got mine scheduled next week (4th Nov). Im nervous of doing it, but i need to do it... I weigh 125kg (275lb) and I really hope that this will allow me to get to the weight I want and to start being happy with myself being more thin and hopefully better looking... I wanna get to 70kg (154lb) really, but if not then that's fine by me. Long as I lose the weight and I start looking better really...

5 days post op I had kit kats and Cheeze it and sweet tea with pretzels the only thing that didnt hurt as they went down I couldn’t hold jello, protein shake or tea

I walked in the hospital halls at 2:30 am because that was when I first started feeling decent enough to walk. The protein shakes are so hard to get down. I’ve struggled with them since surgery. I found these Protein 20 water… it’s watermelon flavored… I’ve been doing those instead.

What’s your current status can you pls tell your current vision is it 20/15 or 20/20

I noticed great results from these stories soon after the procedure. I avoided lasik prk etc after watching so many horror stories of people that had it done many years decade after. You can’t go back after this process.

Cant say it enough im 2days postop and walking is IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY!!! If water is hurting try very warm broth its been good for me. Water is good but it hurts me even when im not sipping for some reason warm liquids has helped me.

My wife has been talking me in to doing this myself. And I’m scared to do it. Mainly cause of the extra skin. I feel as though that will look worse than me being fat. Even though I’ll feel better and be more healthy and I understand that’s more important. Is this something u deal with? If so how do you deal with it?

Had my surgery 2 weeks ago. No gas pain. No nausea. But the pain when I stood up or sat down was pretty intense. 2 weeks on it still hurts getting in and out of bed.

Hey Fil, happy to see you in good shape after 24 months of post-surgery. There are a few questions that I want to know 1) Does your eating capacity is still the same as that was after the 3-4 months post surgery? or it has increased? 2) Do you exercise daily(weight training or CARDIO)? or some days a week? 3) have you ever experienced any slight increment in your weight during these phase? or it stuck at some point so what did you at that point? I HOPE YOU GET TIME AND REPLY TO MY QUERY :) P.S : AFTER WATCHING YOU IT GIVES ME RELIEF THAT I HAD MADE A GOOD DECISION IN MY LIFE FOR OPTING FOR THE SURGERY. I WAS 190KG AND NOW I AM AROUND 140KG AFTER 6 MONTHS OF SURGERY. LOVE FROM INDIA.
