I think the Veldin (Drek) soundtrack is an SS tier IMO. What makes an SS tier is that it communicates the feeling of the level in the first few notes.

on the blunt/joint stuff it depends where you are it's a big world out there. The real definition is that a blunt is rolled in a tobacco leaf like a cigar, there are also premade blunt wrappers. A joint is just rolled like a normal cigarrette in a long skin. and theres a lot of people who call it like that. Here in Ireland though people use the two terms to mean mixed with tobacco (joint) and blunt is used to refer to what an actual joint is
