First of all in bgv they should never check pf. It is none of their business. Pf is social security and it financial data. Dont give that to these low quality bgv companies. They might misuse it. If they ask just threaten them to sue them with their revenue for ask financial details of an individual

I had dual employment in my service for few days in 2022 due to some unavoidable curcumstances....now i am getting selected for jobs ...evenafter telling the truth before interview and getting selfted till last round ....they are rejecting me in bgv ..i am quiet frustrated now ..its been 4 months i am looking for a job and even few companies are trying to exploit if they know the scenario s they dont want to give pay and wantw to work in 3rd party with very harsh environment...please suggest how to get out of this situation
About the PF number, it’s private information, and accessing it without permission is a privacy violation. So, I’m not sure how background checks can be done properly without crossing this line.
Also, I recently joined a company in the accounts department. Before I joined, I checked websites like Glassdoor and Indeed to see what other people were saying about the company. The reviews there said the department had 3-4 people working in it, but when I joined, I found out that there were only two employees in that department, and they had been working there for many years. Neither of them had left any reviews on those websites. This made me think that some reviews on these platforms might not be real or could be misleading."😢😢

However, Hr asked me that you are absconded from any organisation or not and I said no but I was absconded from one organisation where I worked for 3 months only and I had to leave due to some heath issues and I don’t have any kind of documentation for that organisation. Hello sir , I have been selected by an MNC. My previous company was not fully satisfied with my performance, but instead of terminating me, they advised me to resign in order to protect my career. Now, the new company I’ve selected and issued all the documentw for further offer and from new they asked why I left my previous job after a short period. I explained that the company needed someone onsite, as I was working remotely, which is true since our department wasn’t based in India. Don't change roles. You can change the responsibility. If someone asks you about your work. You can add skills. Your role in your proposal letter is maintenance. They may even get a hold of you from the company. His role remains the same in his service note also.

If you have documents like. Pf, offer letter and salary slip with bank statement. And your company owner or manager or team leader or coworkers phone number and email address. Then no, if anyone is messing. Maybe it will affect your bgv.

Sir i got rhe confirmation email from TCS that i have been shortlisted and cleared all rounds of interview later on they asked me to submit the documents which i also did. After that somebody from TAG team has confirmed me that my recruiter will call me in next couple of days and release the offer letter, next day i have received call from my recruiter she confirmed on call that she will release the offer letter tomorrow since i have been doing follow ups but nobody is responding on e mail... company B create member id for me on EPFO portal as i accpted their offer( not joined and mailed them also same) and credit on pf account 209 rs. Currently am working on a company C where PF is credited and also pf balnce from Company A is transferred to company C. As i dont have any experince letter with Company B. I never mentioned it. Tcs verification are very strick and they ask for UAN number to check the previous employment details. If you have the relieving letter for all the companies then well and good and if not then tcs will probably reject the verification process.@ashiqasharafarackal7027

First of all in bgv they should never check pf. It is none of their business. Pf is social security and it financial data. Dont give that to these low quality bgv companies. They might misuse it. If they ask just threaten them to sue them with their revenue for ask financial details of an individual

But in my service history it shows in cognizant i left company in july 2023
And now i have got job from tcs they asking to service history
There is overlap what do i do pls reply

You can get it corrected in epfo portal itself you have to file for joint declaration
