use a lock lube, never wd-40 plz. Its the number one no no for locks, it just worsens it faster over time.

I tow with a 7.3. I wish it were more powerful. Unfortunately in California they need an emissions check every 2 years and that includes a physical inspection so any modifications not in compliance would be an automatic fail. I finally got my trailer dialed in and it's a dream, now to have a truck with some balls. I can dream, right?

Kinda skipped the whole process I was looking for.

I am doing a 3 car hauling already for 8 years and started with 2006 Silverado LBZ. It was angood truck but needs an engine now and i bought a 1995 f350 dually 7.3 Powerstroke. While Silverado was more powerful it was more expensive to keep it running. Ford is slow but pulls 3 car carrier, get to destination and its a lot cheaper tovmaintain and fix and its very easy to do everything by yourself. Trying to get my LBZ back on a road by end of this year and maybe will run both trucks.

They're not speedy but they get the job done. I can mash the pedal and merge onto the freeway and get up to 75 pretty damn quick in our old excursion. I have to say it's not that slow at all.

I’lol try this. I have a 2019 Ford Transit. When I get to a customer, I leave the car turned off and closed. A few hours later when I try to start I realize that the battery is dying, the control panel gets strange and a message from Beltminder appears. But when I turn off the car and lock it with the alarm control, that doesn't happen. I believe that "something" in the system continues to drain the battery and this "something" is only disabled when I lock the car with the alarm.
