Smoked Shotgun Shells
Shotgun Shells
Ingredients
1 lb grond beef
1 lb ground pork
½ white onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
8 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 jalapeno diced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 box Manicotti shells1
1 16 oz package bacon
1 cup BBQ sauce
BBQ rub or seasoning of your choice, if desired to sprinkle on shells before grilling
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except bacon and manicotti. Stuff shells with mixture. Wrap shells with bacon. Dust with seasoning if desired. Grill shells until done to your liking. Personally, I like to smoke them at a low temperature for about an hour. At this point I mop BBQ sauce on and turn heat up until done.

Look like a big mess. I’ve done a similar thing like this too, but with baking powder, it crisps up your chicken, but do you use some oil on your grading next time instead of having half of it stick to it Lol

Can I suggest a second camera that shows the are you're working in directly? Switching back between these two angles would make for a very easy to watch video

Thank you for your comment!! I do use 2 cameras during taping. The problem is, I have a galley kitchen and to have a camera closer than what it already is would mean it would be in the shot of the wide angle one. I try to keep them out of frame of each other and I try to zoom in with one and switch back and forth during editing. I'll try to be more dilligent when possible. Again, I appreciate your comment.
