Love your videos mate. I believe you Westernport fishermen are so hell bent on using Squid Rings and that’s detrimental to your hook up success rate. If you hang squid strips with KS 4/0 or 5/0 hooks with 5/0 or something Octopus hooks you will have a better success rate 👍. Hate seeing fish lost, the Anaconda KS hooks make a huge difference when it comes to tidal flow.👌

Well, how about building more accessible boat ramps you clowns?

Try freezing the squid in the saltwater it was caught in. Defrosted it tastes exactly the same as fresh and I bet fish think the same. I’ve forgotten a squid frozen using this method and it literally tasted perfect when I defrosted it a year later.
