Man I wish tackle shops here sold fresh bait like there 😞 sad that not even the ones near the coast where they would get a ton of customers even do it sadge
Try salvaging your own it comes down to where you live and what you target and what you have to work with crabs can be farmed by leaving a meter square of plywood on a mudflat bait pump for yabbies soft shell pippies and sand worms catch some squid collect mussels if you have prawns in your system go prawning catch mullet and or garfish with bread many options other than buying old bait take the little bit of time to learn what fish likes to eat what at certain times of the year and your laughing
All species of Bream are known to hit the target lures immediately the scientist may know maybe their mouth or even body scales appears in the toughness on even monofilament they used to get food like muscle and clams the targeting fisherman needs not the point of a deep lure but moreover the specimen range and casting with some more than shallow wobblers. @@leeraynerfishing Thanks for replying. I have since discovered Gippsland Bait and Tackle at 13 Lawless Street in Bairnsdale. Open from Wed to Sun only. Fresh live crabs, local prawns, Sandworms etc.
G'day Lee awsome video mate question I haven't checked but every time I've fished Gippy lakes and rivers I though it was inland rivers waters using legally only 2 baited rods at any one time , but now watching you I may be wrong interesting keep these videos going they are awsome no commercials just fishing.

HI Roy As Jacko said it depends on how far up the river you are
