I'm not worrying about the trends this fall but focusing on my personal style. Also our Value Village is SO EXPENSIVE! So yesterday I went past VV to the little church thrift store. Clothing was $2 per item!!! I found a navy & white striped sweater dress, 2 skirts, a striped crisp button up, 2 ls ts, an amazing shearling vest, a chunky long cardi, a neutral crop poncho style sweater, a wide straight leg check trouser, black leather pointy toe kitten heals.... VERY set for fall!!!

My favourite was the purple and white dress.

Many UA-camr's/influencers wardrobe feels so curated and the outfits they show look amazing but in the end are not practical or something I could wear to work or see myself wearing on a day-to-day basis. "Cigarette" pants were really popular in the 1950s - very skinny legs, not wide leg. "Slip" dresses were worn as slips, not dresses.

Another great haul. U might wanna lower the blue art on wall behind u. It’s cutting u off at the neck. Maybe remove it entirely. It kinda distracts away from u. Miss ur fireplace! That was an amazing backdrop!

Don't give up on the blue pants, linen stretches with wear. They look lovely and I'm sure if you try them for a day you will see what I mean.

The floral Belinda "dress" is a nightgown. Girls in your generation have adopted nightgowns as dresses, and since it isn't sheer, why not? In general, anything vintage made of nylon is a nightgown.
