Sometimes we cook Pad Thai at home, with no meat :P, instead tofu... With almost every ingredient. It's not a fast cooking time, but we rarely cook it at home on a big frying pan(cast iron skillet).

You should've taken SR40 further east to the boat basin and launched from there. You have to paddle upstream to the spring, but it takes about 3 hrs. Going back to the boat basin is a breeze.
