I'm a teenager and have recently converted to Islam. My parents don't know about it and they won't be happy if I tolled, I wanted to ask when should I tell them, and should I do the Ramadan

as a new revert, to anyone considering reverting, please do not let all of these tasks that are required scare you away. You do not need to have all of the knowledge of a sheikh to convert to Islam, but simply believing that Islam is the truth; that Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala is our one and only creator and that Muhammad peace and blessing be upon him is the messenger of Allah swt. Speaking from experience as a recent 16 yr old revert from Christianity to Islam, it was daunting to do alone. Alhamdulillah I have been able to do it mostly alone, but I am far from knowing and doing everything that is required. It is our duty as muslims to seek this knowledge and be on our deen and grow closer to Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala, but do not let the learning process prevent you from embracing Islam, as it is something that takes time and grace. Understand, that as a revert, Allah swt is understanding of your journey to him and that He sees your efforts and intentions. May Allah swt guide us Muslims, reverts, and anyone considering reverting. As for the brother running this channel, I deeply appreciate you sharing this knowing for fellow brothers and sisters, and that you are still impacting the lives of reverts/ those considering reverting. 🤲🏼🤍
