masha_Allah i'm a born muslim and your arabic is leaps and bounds above mine, may Allah increase you in your islamic/arabic learning journey, ameen. i saw the 2nd gaming video first and i came back to this one looking for a link to this game and i see nothing, where does one start or where you started in your arabic journey, may Allah reward you
The game itself is not really that relevant, it could be any game I guess. But we found loads of games like this on the platform called Roblox (I play with my kids sometimes).
But in regards to your question about where to start? I recommend the "Medina Arabic" books

You can find many teachers on youtube who go through all the books and explain them in English, my favourite was this brother:

After you've started and feel like you want to take it seriously then I recommend looking for a teacher who can go through the books with you.
