When I was still in a middle school and 5 foot tall waify ass colleague tried to break up a fight between 2 boys who were at least a head taller than she is. She was out of work for nearly 3 weeks because she got thrown into a wall of lockers. That's why the fuck Mrs Davis never broke up any fights. And why I'm now in elementary. They don't pay me enough to get assaulted by a damn 13 year old. Hell no.

I'm glad that you're standing up for teachers & putting out there how terrible children are.

I'm a first-year teacher, and have a student who is very disrespectful and nasty towards most adults and kids at school/ We do not allow it and will take things like field trips and recess from him if needed.

I work in the front office and between staff, parents and students, I find myself doing this everyday 😩😔
