I've been doing WW for 177 days and I've lost 58.6 lbs. LOVE it!! I'm a picky eater, i have the taste buds of a 5 yr old. I can still eat what I like and lose weight. You just have to make better choices and think about portions. I still eat chocolate, chips, ice cream, etc. I just portion it better. I haven't started the active part yet. So my loss is just from changing my eating habits so far.
Yes@ the one minute lunch breaks and no bathroom breaks in sight. Then when you get to the bathroom you have to visit 2-3 of them because every other teacher is waiting to use them as well. I am with you on driving home in silence. I see that it isn’t just me. After all the drama and chaos all day I need my peace and quiet before I clock into my second shift as mom.
Restroom breaks are no joke. When I would try to run to the rr between classes there'd be a line of other teachers waiting to go. I would sometimes duck out of my class to go to the restroom if I had to. Too many UTIs to make myself wait.
Thanks for sharing. I already follow your teacher comedy videos. And, As a fellow teacher also on WW, I'm glad to hear your story and to see a fellow Sista because I don't see many of us talking about our weight loss journey on WW.
I do a program in Michigan called medical weight loss, and that was more helpful for me and I didn’t exercise program called movers and shakers in Michigan. That was more helpful for me those two programs.
I use WW too. I like that I can connect my Fitbit to it so I can get extra points if I do some extra steps! It’s so easy to scan the food or look it up!
As a teacher of 2 yr Olds I get the not wanting to not drink water cuz no bathroom break for me until naptime. I am also doing WW and am loving it! One of my favorite snacks during the day is carrots and my 0pt dip, just use nonfat Greek yogurt and ranch dip mix for a 0 pr ranch dip.
So glad I found you!!

I teach PK 3&4 and I also work aftercare until 5:30pm. When I get home I'm usually too tired to even eat but I do get my water in.
Do you teach Head Start?
Excited to find you. I’m on ww too
It works.
I actually gain weight on WW. The tracking stresses me out, which causes a cortisol surge.

I had to go to the students bathroom many times....

And yes on the teacher and water, having to go to the bathroom all the dayum time. 😂
Be careful with the sodium in the microwave meals. Love WW. Ive been on it while teaching and while retired. Now I can drink water anytime I want!😂
Great work! Okay question who's doing all the filming for you at the school? Teacher Bestie maybe? 😁

Even though I’m a retired educator of three, almost 4 years, I can still relate to getting that water in, and being able to go to the restroom.

Just left kick boxing abd I’m picking up some fish.
You look so amazing!!! Keep up the amazing work. I myself need to loose 22lbs!!
