As a foreigner in Singapore I really love the old shopping mall in Singapore,for me it’s more local and vibrant than the big shopping mall, it gives me a feeling of local Singapore, you can only buy the unique things from some special shops in these old malls. By the way, I found you haven’t explored the upper Thomson shopping center, hope can see the video of that place soon ❤

Actually 做 industrial 恨有用，很多人不知道新加坡本地还有什么 manufacturing, 而且有很多小型轻工业 which if 有人想做一些自己 的 design, 不知道哪里可以做到，eg 我在台湾就在 好像 alley 的地方的一间家庭小型工厂做过我自己想要的 arcylic multi color display self for 产品，而且便宜到..., 所以我觉得做 industrial 不一定只有 canteen. 还有我也在 msia 的住宅区看到人家在做家具，请他们帮我据几片 simple 的，木板 with 自己需要的 measurment, 就可以把一个 shelf relive，而且我原本的只是 saw dust board ，潮湿了之后变很恶心。好好考虑，加油
