SpeedCamp is a premium one-to-one fast bowling coaching service headed by Pace Journal founder, Shahbaz Choudhry.
Since our launch in 2020, we have seen huge success with aspiring quicks using our unique Three Energy Systems framework which has resulted in speed increases ranging from 5mph to over 20mph!
As well as speed, we've also helped a number of players be selected for county cricket, earn academy contracts and even one player make an international debut!
We use world class knowledge, experience and technology to help bowlers improve their speed and skills regardless of age and ability.

Wrist of Fury - Muhammad Hasnain Documentary (Official Teaser)
On the 27th July, Muhammad Hasnain returned to SpeedCamp for a check-in session after a successful stint in the Lankan Premier League.
The last time I saw him was 8 months ago before PSL 2023. The same inefficiencies I saw back then, I saw again.
After our session on the 27th July, I took Hasnain to the side and said, “we’ve got to fix these issues. But for that to happen, you need to stay here”.
Hasnain chose to sacrifice his free time and stayed 8,253 kilometres away from home, family and friends to work on his game.
The Hasnain Training Camp began!
We worked day in, day out and the results we achieved were phenomenal. In comparison to the session on the 27th July, his max ball speed improved by 4mph and his average ball speed improved by 2.5mph.
The remarkable thing about these results is that we achieved them by improving his efficiency. Therefore, Hasnain is bowling quicker with LESS effort.
I can’t wait to share exactly how we did it!

@@abhinavsrijan8216 He's not chucking. He has a unique (and effective) style of rotating his arm and wrist. The documentary will go into the mechanics of his technique in more detail and explain why this illusion of 'throwing' exists. I hope it clarifies things for you.
bro stop crying on chucking and go screen record your siraj or bumrah and watch how they bend their elbows before throwing i can name you 10 famous bowlers that do it on a daily international basis and still dont gwt called out. thats a law you're allowed to bend your elbow behind your ears then its a chain type movement where you get all the pace from which includes shoulder coming first second elbow being straight third you flick your wrist if you know you know

Mohammad Hasnain is an asset for Pakistan and one of the very few bowlers to consistently click 145 km/h, however, his action is illegal. Does he have an improved action now? We want him back in international cricket so that we see some competition between bat and bowl.

he is throwing the Ball illegal action
This is unsafe - Sam crosses his feet during run up - and delivery using a huge hyperflexion during the delivery stride the energy is going into his lower spine area in order to lever his energy to the ball - this will reduce his cricket career no end. It would be worth your while consulting with someone like Ian Pont and OTs as what gains your making with this athlete are actually to slow you could easily gain another 10 mph likely by correcting his platform to keep sam safe and have a long cricket career. My concern is young players think bowling like this is ok - yes it is effective but player health and safety needs to come first. This is why he falls away to the left and he is not even looking at the target on release as he cannot due to the poor shape his body is being forced to make. This is all fixable however and you will gain even more speed. Good luck Sam.

Man this kid is putting Way too much stress on his body... Look at how he completely collapses at the end of his release... This is not sustainable, you need to slowly build up the pace and more importantly the line and length... Just a mad fast bowler would not last more than a season
